37 yrs old: Teles acquired by Douglas Elliman, 10x growth in 5 years ($300M to $3.4B)
38 yrs old: Founded Highland Prime (Private Equity) invested in and scaled dozens of service businesses
38 yrs old: Founded Kingston Lane (real estate tech). Self-funded. No salary. Early AI. COVID forced asset sale
40 yrs old: 2 exits, Mortgage Company (public buyer) + Escrow Company (management buyout)
42 yrs old: Joined Real as President, scaled from 6,800 → 27,000 agents. Grew valuation $200M → $1.2B. Fastest-growing brokerage in the world. Rang Nasdaq closing bell
45 yrs old: Joined ACQ as President and Managing Partner
