BIS JUST TESTED XRP LEDGER TO ANCHOR GLOBAL ECONOMIC DATA
The Bank for International Settlements, the institution that writes the rulebook for every central bank on Earth, just published a working paper with real code, tested on the XRP Ledger.
BIS Working Paper No. 1374, September 2026. Their own numbers show XRP verifying data in 1-2 seconds vs Ethereum’s minutes to hours, at a fraction of the cost. And buried in the paper, one line naming Chainlink as a possible future connection.
This system could change how every government on the planet proves its economic data hasn’t been tampered with, GDP, inflation, banking statistics, all of it.
