Il y a des annonces qui passent inaperçues. Et il y a celles qui font sortir le CEO d’une entreprise détenant plus de 760 000 BTC de sa tanière pour saluer la nouvelle. Quand Morgan Stanley dépose discrètement un amendement auprès de la SEC pour lancer son propre ETF Bitcoin spot, la question n’est pas de savoir si c’est un ETF de plus. La question, c’est pourquoi ça fait autant de bruit.

Parce que sur le papier, le produit n’a rien de révolutionnaire. Même mécanique, même exposition, même logique que ce qui existe déjà. Alors pourquoi des analystes sérieux, des asset managers et des journalistes financiers s’emballent-ils à ce point ? Pourquoi parle-t-on de “Battle of Banks” et de shift structurel plutôt que d’un simple ticker de plus ?

C’est précisément cette question que cette vidéo explore. Ce qui se joue ici ne se lit pas dans la fiche produit de l’ETF. Ça se lit dans la structure de distribution derrière, dans la logique tarifaire qui s’installe, et dans ce que ça révèle sur la transformation profonde du marché Bitcoin depuis 2024.

On revient aussi sur les chiffres que Phong Le, le CEO de Strategy, a mis en avant pour expliquer son enthousiasme, et on les décortique sérieusement, sans hype ni catastrophisme.

Et au-delà de la guerre des ETF, on s’arrête sur un signal que beaucoup ont ignoré : le lancement d’un indice de volatilité Bitcoin par Cboe Global Markets, et ce que ça dit réellement du niveau de maturité atteint par cet actif.

Ce qui est en train de se construire autour de Bitcoin dépasse largement la question du prix. C’est l’architecture même d’un nouveau marché financier qui prend forme, et cette vidéo vous donne les clés pour le comprendre.
