Raoul Pal believes Bitcoin could be significantly undervalued relative to the Nasdaq — and his latest liquidity analysis suggests the conditions for a major crypto rally may be developing.

Bitcoin has reclaimed the $80,000 level as risk assets respond to changing Federal Reserve expectations, while Ethereum and several major altcoins are beginning to move higher. But according to Raoul Pal, the bigger story isn’t simply Bitcoin’s recent price action.

It’s liquidity.

Pal’s latest analysis focuses on what he calls excess liquidity — liquidity growth above GDP growth — and why a rise in excess liquidity could create much more favorable conditions for Bitcoin and the broader cryptocurrency market over the next 60–90 days.
