BLACKROCK JUST DROPPED A NUKE ON XRP HOLDERS… (IT’S COMING)

Raoul Pal just laid it out — “If crypto goes from $3T to $100T market cap, you need larger players each time. There’s NO WAY we even get to $15T this cycle UNLESS you have bigger players.” And right on cue, BlackRock goes on Fox Business and says 80% of Americans are about to get Bitcoin and Ethereum in their 401(k). The timing is NOT a coincidence.

The U.S. Department of Labor just proposed a landmark rule on March 30, 2026 that would open 401(k) retirement plans to crypto, private equity, and alternative assets. American 401(k) plans hold $10.1 TRILLION in retirement savings. Even a 1% allocation to crypto means $100 BILLION flooding into the market. BlackRock’s Nick Nefouse called it “a huge step forward for the 401(k) market.” This follows Trump’s August 2025 executive order directing regulators to expand crypto access in retirement accounts.

Here’s where it gets massive for XRP — seven spot XRP ETFs are already trading in the U.S. with around $1 billion in combined assets. ARK Invest has filed for a CoinDesk 20 Crypto ETF that allocates nearly 20% to XRP. When 401(k) target-date funds start adding crypto ETFs, XRP gets indirect exposure from the largest pool of retirement capital on Earth. Raoul Pal’s $100 trillion prediction requires exactly these “bigger players” — and they just showed up.
