In this video, I break down how utility websites work, why they can be such a powerful online business model, and how AI makes it easier to build them without needing a full team. I’ll take you guys through one of my favorite AI tools (Horizons) to build these apps really quickly, with no coding required. And it’s super cool because you can deploy and puhlish these web apps directly without moving to a different platform.

I also use a mortgage calculator as a live example to show how these tools can attract search traffic, solve a clear problem, and open up different ways to monetize. And then of course, I walk you through setting up a Google Adsense account and how to connect your site to your Adsense account.

Once you get your web app live, you can get creative with monetizing beyond just using Adsense. There are tons of other ways to monetize a website, like sponsorships, affiliates, selling your own products (make sure it relates to the website you built), and more.
