🚨 The CLARITY Act just exploded into a full-blown war between crypto and one Republican senator. Senator Thom Tillis (R-NC) has now dropped a SECOND major barrier in 48 hours:
Yesterday: Tillis threatened to vote AGAINST the bill unless ethics language is added against the Trump family’s crypto holdings.

Today: A new Politico report reveals Tillis is also demanding DeFi/law enforcement fixes — saying current developer protections create dangerous “BLIND SPOTS” for money laundering, terrorism financing, trafficking, and illicit flows (CoinGape).
The bill already had THREE major hurdles. Now it has FIVE.

But here’s where it gets explosive — the crypto industry has $200 MILLION in political ammunition locked and loaded:
