Ginisa ni senator-judge Ping Lacson ang testigong si OVP Assistant Secretary at Assistant Chief-of-Staff Lemuel Ortonio, sa impeachment trial ni Vice President Sara Duterte nitong Miyerkoles (Agosto 26), kaugnay ng financial plan ng opisina nito sa confidential funds mula noong 2022 hanggang 2023.

Nang ipalarawan sa testigo sa isang salita ang mga nasabing plano, hindi nakapagbigay ng sagot si Ortonio. Sariling sagot ni Lacson: “I think it’s stupid.”
