Headline: Saylor’s Strategy sold 1,690 BTC for $108 million.

Same week: the ETFs bought $853 million.

Eight times more Bitcoin was absorbed than was sold. And price went sideways all week. That is the tell. If this were as damaging as the headline implies, the chart would have said so.

What is actually happening:

Strategy owns 4.19% of all mined Bitcoin. BitMine owns 4.81% of all Ethereum, and added another 7,391 ETH last week to reach 5.81 million.

Both are underwater by almost the same amount. Strategy is down $8.73B unrealized and needs +16% to break even. BitMine is down $9.31B and needs +83.8%.

Neither one looks worried. Saylor is running the mechanism he has described for years. Tom Lee has never sold a coin and just keeps buying.

Meanwhile BTC sits on the 200-week moving average, the same line that has marked bottoming ranges in prior cycles. Our risk model reads 20. Historically from that level, price was higher 67% of the time after three months and 100% of the time after a year.

The story is not that Saylor sold. It is that the bid came back and absorbed all of it.
