Tom Lee believes Ethereum could be entering one of its biggest growth phases yet, with artificial intelligence, Wall Street tokenization, stablecoins, and the next crypto bull cycle potentially pushing ETH far beyond its previous highs.

In this video, Lee explains why he believes Bitcoin may have already made an important local bottom and why waiting for the perfect entry could become increasingly risky.

His view is that the crypto market may already be roughly 95% through the bottom in terms of time and around 90% through it in terms of price. Bitcoin could still experience volatility, but Lee believes investors may now be much closer to the next major expansion than another devastating sell-off.

Ethereum is where his outlook becomes even more bullish.

Lee argues that simply entering another strong crypto bull cycle should be enough to push Ethereum back above $5,000. But once Wall Street tokenization and artificial intelligence are added to the equation, he believes ETH could easily move above $10,000 over the next one to two years.

His thesis is built around Ethereum becoming increasingly important financial infrastructure.

Major institutions are exploring blockchain-based settlement, tokenized assets, stablecoins, and other forms of digital finance. If stocks, funds, payments, and traditional financial assets increasingly move on-chain, Ethereum could benefit from the enormous amount of economic activity flowing through blockchain networks.
