Alex Stokes (sabbatical). Stark. Van Epps. Dankrad Feist. Synthetix founder Kain Warwick alleges Vitalik Buterin’s direct interventions caused the exodus — with Solana reportedly offering up to $2M annual packages to lure EF talent away.
Author and longtime ETH investor William Mougayar didn’t sugarcoat it on The Defiant: “If everybody is up in arms because six or seven people left, there’s going to be MORE leaving, and it was by design. Expect LESS from the EF.”

And here’s where it matters for XRP: XRPL just flipped BNB Chain to #4 globally in RWA ex-stablecoins. Ethereum is the next target.
