The goal: tokenize the ENTIRE $100+ trillion in assets it custodies — across multiple Layer 1 and Layer 2 blockchains — and the leadership’s mandate to Wall Street is crystal clear: every bank and every institution needs to be ready to connect to Layer 1 blockchains.
