Choppers Drown Out Trump, And People Can’t Stop Laughing
On Monday, the television press pool that covers the White House protested Trump’s ban against the three outlets by refusing to cover his activities there.
As a result, the president’s speech at the unveiling of a new helipad, unaided by news agencies’ audio equipment, was drowned out by helicopters.
Even Newsmax reporter Bianca de la Garza admitted that the instance of Trump being silenced because of his own actions ― and the copters ― was a sign that his attacks on the press were “backfiring just a little bit.”
Not surprisingly, many people were amused by the clip ― and some tried to see the positives.
