Trump Reacts To Military Jet Noise During China Visit
Donald Trump has been mocked online after the sound of a military jet flying overhead made him grimace as he greeted Chinese president Xi Jinping.
The US president rolled out the red carpet for the communist dictator as he and his wife arrived in America for a three-day state visit.
It was the first time in nearly 60 years that a president has personally greeted a foreign leader at Joint Base Andrews near Washington DC.
As Trump and Xi stood side by side on the tarmac, a US B-1 bomber flew overhead, prompting the US president to visibly wince at the roar of its engines.
As President Xi remained impassive beside him, Trump appeared to say something to him before regaining his composure.
Unsurprisingly, Trump’s reaction to the loud noise drew criticism and mockery from social media users.
