How to watch Farmers Insurance Open on Friday

Veteran Justin Rose may be 45 years old, but he’s playing some of the best golf of his life. Last season, Rose lost the Masters in a playoff to Rory McIlroy, then captured his 12th PGA Tour victory at the FedEx St. Jude Championship.

Though he missed the cut in his first start of the season at the American Express, Rose won’t be leaving the Farmers Insurance Open early. He fired an impressive 10-under 62 on Torrey Pines’ North Course on Thursday. That gives him a one-shot lead over Justin Lower heading into Friday’s second round.

Rose will play the more difficult South Course for Round 2, where Brooks Koepka made his official PGA Tour return on Thursday. Koepka shot a 73 on the South Course to finish at one over.

You can watch the second round of the Farmers Insurance Open on TV via ESPN and Golf Channel, with ESPN opening the coverage on Friday at 12 p.m. ET. PGA Tour Live on ESPN+ will provide streaming coverage starting at 12 p.m. ET on Friday, as well as featured group and featured hole coverage all day long.
