Canadiens’ Guhle out four to five weeks after surgery to adductor muscle
Kaiden Guhle will be out for four to five weeks after undergoing minor surgery on his adductor muscle over the summer, the team announced on Wednesday.
The 24-year-old has faced a significant number of injuries throughout his four-year career, causing him to miss over 115 games due to multiple upper-body and lower-body injuries.
Last season, Guhle also missed 39 games due to a partially torn adductor muscle.
In his 208 career games, the former 2020 first-round pick has racked up 18 goals and 51 assists.
Montreal will begin their season on September 29 in Toronto against the Maple Leafs.
