Get ready for 45 minutes of full body strength and HIIT 🔥 This follow along workout combines some strength training with dumbbells with high intensity full body movements. A perfect muscle building and fat burning combo. Grab your weights and lets get crush it together.

Scale this workout to your fitness level

🟢 Beginners go to 20:45
🔵 Intermediates go to 36:54
🔴 Everyone else, we do the whole 45 min

⚙️ Equipment
Dumbbells, I’m using 15kg

⏱️ Workout Structure:
🔹 Strength training 45s on, 15 seconds rest
🔹 10 Moves
🔹 HIIT: 4 exercises back to back, 30 seconds each
🔹 4 sets
🔹 2 rounds

⌛ Time stamps and notes
00:00 Intro
00:24 Warm up
05:15 Strength training round 1
Sit up with press – can be done body weight if needed
Decline chest presses
Squats
Push up rows – 1 push then 2 dumbbell rows
Bicep curls
Alternating single leg deadlfits
Single arm dumbbell rows
Deadlift and lunge combo – Just do the lunges to make it easier if needed
Tricep extenstons
