Brighton have agreed a deal to sign winger Femi Azeez from Millwall.

The 25-year-old scored 11 goals and provided eight assists in 37 games last season.

Millwall have rejected three previous bids but have agreed a potential club record sale for an initial £12.5m which could rise to £15m with add-ons.

Fulham have agreed an £8.5m deal with Elche for centre-back David Affengruber.

The 25-year-old will have a medical today before completing a move to London.

The latest bid was £15m which is not enough for Newcastle to part ways with the winger.

Newcastle’s latest signing, Matias Fernandez-Pardo spoke about signing for the club.

Should the talks continue to advance Page may have to be pulled from Leicester’s matchday squad tonight.
