Holy moly, I’ve been dealing with lower right back pain, have done the 1st stretch a lot, gotten expensive massages, full body massages with preference to lower back pain/release. But I did all these stretches (they hurt but just walking has been hurting me) and I’m literally walking and bending around TRYING to make my back pain come back because I can’t believe it’s gone for now. Guess I just need to do these stretches more to help my lower back not be so tight and ultimately hurt

These are great tip, but question. What will actually heal these things.
Over the years, I've added new warm up stretches and core strengtheners to account for every new pain. It offers temporary relief, but never heals things permanently.
The result s needing to stretch + target core strengthen so long it cuts into my actusl weightlifting time.

I have had lower left back pain for years. Always thought from being a life long golfer along with aging and add in not streching enough. I am heading into my late 50's. Unforunately i also sit way too much due to work due to my job. The past few years it has started aching at night affecting my sleep. Found this video today from a YouTube search. Wow. I feel like I have hope with this video. That piriformis stretch is so hard but but am hunching it is a sign I need to keep do this! Just doing all the things in this video for the first time today made my lower back feel conciderably better! Thanks!

My 16 year old daughter complains of the lower back right side pain since almost 3 months now. It comes and goes away, but almost every other day she complains. We went to see GP and he send us to physio. We are due to see physio next week. I read very worst online, but my GP was not that concerned and dropped the idea of MRI. She is hunchback, no fever, no pain in legs, no numbness, inflammation in muscle on right side can be felt when I touched her back it is a bit swollen there. What it could be and any additional tests I should ask my GP to go for? Or will it get better after sessions with physio, she had no injury and this pain came all of a sudden and it gets worse after she wakes up in the morning. She sleeps whole night on the right side i think may be that’s why
