    This video is very helpful few months ago or maybe last summer I don't remember it correctly I started this exercises. I loss weight from it. But then I stop doing the exercise bcuz I get tired easily I didn't had enough energy to do more exercises and I got weak. But now I am going
    To start again to burn my hip and thigh fat. It's not like I gain weight again before doing this exercise my weight was 55 or 56 then I lose 5 kg of weight so it's 50 and amazing thing is it's not gaining. I am 16 year old. My mom wants me to loss 5 kg weight so I am going to start this exercise to burn my hip and thigh fat. Wish me luck
