Miles Morales Faces a Dangerous Threat in New ‘Spider-Man: Beyond the Spider-Verse’ Images
A spider here, a spider there. Spider-Man fans are lucky because these days, there seems to be a spider just about everywhere. With the arrival of Tom Holland’s return to the iconic suit in Destin Daniel Cretton’s Spider-Man: Brand New Day just a few months away, the hype to see what the character will make of the mess that he made back in 2021’s Spider-Man: No Way Home is quickly growing to a fever pitch. And then, there’s the upcoming Prime Video series, Spider-Noir, which will see Nicolas Cage’s beloved too-cool-for-school character step out of the animated world and into one of live-action. Speaking of the animated world, there’s also Spider-Man: Beyond the Spider-Verse slated to hit cinemas in 2027 with a load of beloved characters voiced by the likes of Shameik Moore, Hailee Steinfeld, and Jason Schwartzman returning for yet another adventure after a jaw-dropping cliffhanger from 2023’s Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse.
At CinemaCon 2026, Sony finally unveiled the first look at the long-awaited third and final installment of the acclaimed animated Spider-Saga, along with some brand-new images. The first of the four new images features Miles (Shameik Moore) reuniting with his beloved father, Jefferson Davis (Bryan Tyree Henry), whom he hopes to save from The Spot’s (Jason Schwartzman) multiversal threat. Speaking of multiversal threats, the next image has Miles in a chokehold from his arch Spider-rival, Miguel O’Hara (AKA Spider-Man 2099, voiced by Marvel veteran Oscar Isaac), now donning a much more sinister-looking black and white suit (though that could also be a product of whatever action set piece they’re a part of). Jefferson Davis returns again in the third image, this time much younger and side-by-side with his estranged brother Aaron Davis (Mahershala Ali), likely before Aaron became the ruthless Kingpin (Liev Schrieber) enforcer, The Prowler. Finally, the Spider-Punk known as Hobie Brown (Daniel Kaluuya) also returns to help save Jefferson from The Spot, just in time for Kaluuya’s upcoming spin-off project that’s in development now.
It’s a Spectacular Time To Be a Spider-Man Fan
As mentioned earlier, the amount of Spider-Man projects in development at Sony is massive, and, thankfully, none of them are any more ill-conceived villain spin-offs like Morbius or Kraven the Hunter (though there is an animated Venom movie on the way that sounds pretty cool). In just a few months, Tom Holland’s widely beloved MCU take on the character will team up with The Punisher (Jon Bernthal) and Bruce Banner (Mark Ruffalo) to stop a brand-new threat in Spider-Man: Brand New Day. Naturally, it’s heavily speculated that Holland’s Peter Parker will have some sort of role in Avengers: Doomsday and/or Avengers: Secret Wars. As for the wider Spider-Verse, fans can look forward to Nicolas Cage’s historic live-action Spider-Noir series on Prime Video as well as Daniel Kaluuya’s Spider-Punk spin-off movie.
Spider-Man: Beyond the Spider-Verse finally debuts in theaters on June 18, 2027. Stay tuned to Collider for more updates.

‘Euphoria’ Honors Angus Cloud And Eric Dane
HBO’s “Euphoria” returned with an emotional Season 3 premiere that paid tribute to late stars Angus Cloud and Eric Dane.
The show’s debut episode honored both actors during a star-studded premiere at the TCL Chinese Theatre, with creator Sam Levinson revealing that Cloud’s death forced him to scrap and rewrite the original script.
As fans celebrate the long-awaited return, reports of behind-the-scenes tension persist. Insiders claim lead star Zendaya had grown increasingly frustrated over prolonged delays ahead of the launch of the third season.
‘Euphoria’ Premiere Pays Tribute To Angus Cloud And Eric Dane
The highly anticipated third season of HBO’s hit series “Euphoria” finally premiered on Sunday, April 12, much to the delight of fans worldwide.
The celebration carried an emotional weight, however, as the show took a poignant moment to honor Cloud and Dane, as well as executive producer Kevin Turen.
According to Rolling Stone, the episode opened with a solemn title card featuring Dane’s image alongside the words, “In remembrance of Eric Dane.” The tribute continued at the end of the premiere with an “In Memoriam” screen that recognized Cloud and Turen.
Cloud died from an accidental drug overdose in July 2023 at the age of 25, while Dane passed away in February at the age of 53 after he was diagnosed with ALS.
Sam Levinson Worked Out A Way To Feature Eric Dane

Although Dane did not appear in the Season 3 premiere, he is set to feature later in the eight-episode run, thanks to a last-minute effort by Levinson.
Levinson revealed that the “Grey’s Anatomy” alum personally called him ahead of filming to share his ALS diagnosis, prompting the team to quickly adjust production and shoot his scenes in a single day.
The show writer revealed that Dane showed up ready to perform, even as symptoms began to surface.
“I could tell he had a slight slur in his voice,” Levinson said, according to Extra. “I said, ‘Don’t worry. We’ll just put, like, five beer bottles in front of you and you’ve been drinking all night.”
Angus Cloud Was Supposed To Play A Bigger Role

Cloud does not appear at all in Season 3, although his presence is still deeply felt across the new installment. The actor passed away long before filming began in 2025, forcing a total rethink of the storyline from Levinson.
Speaking during the premiere, the director became emotional as he reflected on their bond.
“When Angus died, it was tough. I loved him deeply, and I fought hard to keep him clean,” he admitted.
Levinson had originally written Cloud’s character, Fezco, into a major arc for the season. However, following the tragic loss, he said he had to scrap the scripts entirely and start over.
Zendaya Was Frustrated With Levinson Over Series’ Delay

While “Euphoria’s” return has fans buzzing, reports suggest tensions may still be lingering behind the scenes, particularly involving Levinson and lead star Zendaya.
Several signs at the premiere raised eyebrows. Cast members, including Sydney Sweeney, Alexa Demie, and Jacob Elordi, did not join the series creator on stage. The stars also skipped traditional red-carpet moments, opting out of interviews and group photos. Zendaya herself arrived late and reportedly missed the afterparty at the Chateau Marmont.
Fans further speculated about behind-the-scenes friction after noticing “Dune” star was not credited as an executive producer this season, despite holding the role in previous installments.
Levinson Explains What Delayed Season 3

Levinson has shed more light on why “Euphoria’s” third season took so long to arrive, pointing to a mix of industry setbacks and deeply personal circumstances.
Speaking at the premiere, he said, “The fact that we’re actually here and we’re able to pull this season off. That’s nothing short of a miracle.”
He also cited the impact of Hollywood strikes and the challenge of coordinating a cast whose schedules have become increasingly packed, according to Vanity Fair.
“There were obvious factors, Levinson said. “The strikes, trying to make a schedule work with our very in-demand cast, but the real time was in trying to figure out how to find a way to pay respect to those who we lost.”
Beyond that, Levinson was also tied up working on HBO’s “The Idol,” which stars The Weeknd and Lily-Rose Depp.

Selena Gomez, Demi Lovato Have 1st Reunion in a Decade
Selena Gomez celebrated the kickoff of Demi Lovato’s latest tour, marking their first public reunion in nearly a decade.
“I am in tears, [Demi Lovato],” Gomez, 33, wrote via her Instagram Story on Monday, April 13. “This was hands down one of the best shows. Oh and the VOCALS? Psh *blown away*.”
In addition to her rave review, a photo showed the two former Disney Channel costars sharing a hug backstage, with Gomez including a heart emoji over the image.
Gomez posted several other photos from opening night of Lovato’s It’s Not That Deep Tour at the Kia Center in Orlando, Florida. Earlier in the night, fans captured videos showing Gomez enjoying a support set from Adéla before Lovato, 33, took the stage.
Lovato’s reunion with Gomez was just one that evening. The singer also reunited on stage with her ex-boyfriend and Camp Rock costar Joe Jonas to sing a duet of “This Is Me” and “On the Line.”
Gomez and Lovato first met when they were both working as child actors on Barney & Friends in the early 2000s. A few years later, they both rocketed to fame as teen stars and even costarred in the 2009 Disney Channel movie Princess Protection Program.
In a 2010 interview, Lovato admitted it was difficult to bicker with Gomez in some Princess Protection Program scenes because they always got along so well off-camera.
“It was really hard because we’ve never really gotten into arguments before,” she said at the time. “We never antagonize each other like that. But it was fun at the same time.”

The pair reportedly grew apart as adults. Rumors of a feud between them began to swirl in 2010, when Lovato was asked by a fan how Gomez was doing, and she replied, “Ask Taylor [Swift].” (Gomez and Swift, 36, have been close friends since they were both dating members of the Jonas Brothers — Nick Jonas and Joe, respectively — in the late 2000s.)
Lovato confirmed her estrangement from Gomez in a Harper’s Bazaar interview in April 2020, saying that they were “not friends” anymore.
“I will always have love for her, and I wish everybody nothing but the best,” Lovato added.
That same month, Us Weekly exclusively reported that Demi had “no beef with Selena and there is no animosity between them” after falling out of touch.
“They’re just not friends at this point,” a source told Us in April 2020.
More recently, Gomez told the “Therapuss” podcast in August 2025 that it was great to see all of her former Disney Channel friends — including Lovato, the Jonas Brothers and Miley Cyrus — “do their thing” as adults.

In September 2025, Lovato called Gomez’s support “really, really sweet” during an interview on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen. The “Sorry Not Sorry” singer also congratulated Gomez on her impending wedding to Benny Blanco. (Gomez and Blanco, 38, tied the knot on September 27, 2025, at the Sea Crest Nursery in Santa Barbara, California.)
“I couldn’t be happier for her,” Lovato said. “She’s engaged. I just wish her the best.”
Lovato looked back on the pressure of living up to her Disney costars’ early success in March, telling the “Baby, This Is Keke Palmer” podcast that she “will always be grateful for the friendship that I have and continue to have” with Gomez.
“You naturally have insecurities at a young age,” she acknowledged. “So you start comparing yourself to other people.”
The singer added, “But one thing my mom instilled in me was, ‘There’s room for everyone. It’s not a competition.’ That’s what I really stuck by. That’s what kind of got me through that period. I was always rooting for everybody.”
Lovato’s It’s Not That Deep Tour shows are her first full-scale arena concerts since 2018. She is set to be on the road throughout the rest of the spring, with the tour wrapping up in Houston on May 25.

Karol G Delivers Emotional Message During Coachella Set
Karol G didn’t just headline Coachella. She made it a moment. Taking over the main stage at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in Indio, California, the global superstar delivered a high-energy, visually stunning performance that brought together music, culture, and a deeper message about identity and resilience.
Karol G Uses Coachella Stage To Uplift Latino Fans

During her set, Karol G took a moment to reflect on the significance of the night, reminding the crowd that her achievement was bigger than just a personal milestone. “It’s not just about me. It’s about my Latino community, my people,” Karol G told the sold-out crowd.
She also acknowledged the historic nature of the moment, becoming the first Latina woman to headline the festival after nearly three decades. “For my Latinos that have been struggling in this country, we stand for them,” she said. “Don’t feel fear.”
She continued, “We do this because we want everyone to feel welcome to our culture, to our roots, to our music. I just want everyone to feel proud of where you come from please. Feel proud.”
Opening Up About Risks Of Using Her Platform

Leading up to the performance, Karol G had hinted that she wanted to go beyond surface-level statements, while still being mindful of the platform she holds.
“I know my team would kill me, but I am willing to say it. If I’m being honest with you, there are real boundaries and responsibilities I have to be mindful of,” she said. “A lot of people. People will say, ‘It’s better that you don’t.’ Because if you say the thing, maybe you become bait. Some people want to show their power.”
Still, her intention remained clear. “Through my music and this show, I want to continue building love and understanding for our community, a resilient, hardworking community that has contributed so much,” Karol G said. “I understand that countries have laws, but when things cross the line of basic human dignity, that’s when it becomes difficult to process.”
Karol G Owns Stage With High-Energy Coachella Set

Despite arriving 30 minutes late, Karol G wasted no time owning the stage. She opened in a gold metallic bra-top and matching mini-skirt, running through a medley of hits including “Latina Forever,” “Un Gatito Me Llamó,” “Oki Doki,” “Tá OK,” “S91,” “Ivonny Bonita,” “Bandida Entrenada,” and “Gatúbela.”
“I am Carolina Giraldo from Medellin, Colombia, and today I am the first Latina woman to headline Coachella,” she said toward the end of her set. “And I’m very happy and very proud about this, but at the same time, it feels late. I just want to say that before me there were so many legendary Latina artists that gave me the opportunity to be here tonight.”
The set was packed with elaborate visuals, pyrotechnics, and multiple costume changes, turning the performance into a full-on production.
Becky G’s Surprise Coachella Moment
Karol G elevated the show even further with surprise appearances from Mariah Angeliq and Becky G, who joined her onstage for “El Makinón” and “Mamiii.”
One of the most memorable visuals came when Karol G performed “Papasito” atop a giant parrot-shaped prop, wearing a bold blue look paired with a dramatic feathered headpiece.
Karol G Reveals Pressure To Stay Silent On ICE

Karol G has also opened up about the pressure she faces behind the scenes when it comes to speaking out on political issues, particularly surrounding immigration enforcement.
In a recent interview, the singer revealed that she’s been repeatedly warned about the potential consequences of criticizing ICE, including threats to her career. “People will say, ‘It’s better you don’t,’” she shared. “Why? Because if you say the thing, maybe the next day you’ll get a call: ‘Hey, we are taking your visa away.’ You become bait, because some people want to show their power.”
According to Karol G, the concern isn’t just hypothetical; even those close to her have urged caution. “My team would kill me,” she admitted, referencing the risks tied to making a statement as direct as “ICE Out.”
Still, she made it clear she’s not backing down completely. “But I’m willing to say it,” she insisted.

Sydney Sweeney’s Failed Movie Is Suddenly One of the Most-Watched on Streaming
In 2025, some movies stood out for the wrong reasons. At a time when even the biggest projects aren’t guaranteed box office success, some flop harder than others. From the mediocrity of Dwayne Johnson‘s The Smashing Machine‘s run in theaters and an underwhelming performance from Bong Joon-ho‘s Mickey 17, to the biggest franchises releasing major letdowns, including Disney’s live-action Snow White remake and the MCU’s Captain America: Brave New World 2025 cinema was a mixed bag.
But of all these failures, few flopped quite as hard as Sydney Sweeney‘s boxing biopic Christy. Released in November 2025 at a time when some were quietly predicting Sweeney for an Academy Award nomination, Christy debuted and failed to demand audience attention, despite the lead being one of the most well-known actors in the world. After a $1.2 million opening, the film quietly ran out of steam in just two weeks, concluding its U.S. theatrical run after only 14 days. In total, Christy earned $2.09 million in global revenue, against a fairly small budget of $15 million.
Looking at these numbers, you’d be forgiven for thinking this movie was terrible. On the contrary, many reviews for Christy were positively glowing, especially when commenting on Sweeney’s lead performance. On review aggregator Rotten Tomatoes, the film earned a 67% score from critics and a near-perfect 94% from audiences. The consensus on the site reads, “While Christy falters in tonal cohesion and emotional impact, it remains a compelling showcase for Sydney Sweeney’s transformative performance, grounding a mythic genre in raw, personal storytelling.” In Ross Bonaime‘s review for Collider, he wrote:
“As a platform for Sweeney to show her broad talents as an actress, Christy is undoubtedly successful, as she finds the heart and sadness within Christy Martin. But Michôd’s film doesn’t make that life story quite as riveting as it should be, which is what Martin deserves.”
‘Christy’ Has Bounced Back
On April 10, Christy made its way to a new streaming site, becoming one of many fresh arrivals on HBO Max. Five months on from its disastrous theatrical run, Christy has found redemption in America, officially becoming the most-watched movie on HBO Max, at the time of writing. This instant success has knocked another 2025 theatrical underperformer from the top spot on HBO Max: From the World of John Wick: Ballerina.
Christy is streaming now on HBO Max. Make sure to stay tuned to Collider for all the latest streaming stories.

Miss J Alexander Attends Broadway Red Carpet Following Stroke
Miss J Alexander is stepping out months after revealing the debilitating effects of his previous stroke. The former “America’s Next Top Model” runway coach and judge recently made a rare red carpet appearance.
While attending the premiere of Broadway’s “Titanique,” Miss J showed his signature fashion style and bold personality as the latest step in his commitment to returning to his past life.
Miss J Alexander Hits The Red Carpet Following Stroke For Broadway Premiere

According to PEOPLE, on Sunday, April 12, Miss J Alexander attended the New York City premiere of Broadway’s “Titanique,” which marks his first red carpet appearance since suffering a stroke in 2022.
Despite still being unable to walk and using a wheelchair, Miss J still showed off his fashion sense.
Per the outlet, the long-time fashion fixture wore a button-up shirt with wide-leg jeans, a scarf, and a black beanie. He completed his ensemble with one Converse shoe on one foot and a medical boot on the other.
Miss J Previously Shared His Determination To Walk Again
“I spent five weeks in a coma … I couldn’t walk, and I couldn’t talk, and I thought to myself, ‘What was I going to do?’ After spending five weeks in a coma and one year, five months in the hospital, I’m alive to tell it as I lived it, and no dreams of the afterlife, not one,” he said.
Despite still being unable to walk, the famed former runway coach is determined to get back to his roots.
The Famed Runway Coach Revealed Which ‘ANTM’ Co-Stars Visited Him After His Stroke

In the much-talked-about docuseries,” Miss J discussed his stroke and shared that Tyra Banks initially reached out via text message.
When asked if Banks was among those who visited him alongside fellow “ANTM” stars Jay Manuel and Nigel Barker, Miss J offered an update. “She just sent me a text that she wants to come and visit me, but no, not yet.”
A Friend Created A GoFundMe For Miss J After The ‘ANTM’ Documentary Was Released

Steven Grossman, a talent manager and producer, shared a throwback photo on Instagram of himself with Miss J Alexander, Jay Manuel, and Kelly Cutrone, paired with a lengthy caption about his health struggles before asking his followers to contribute to the GoFundMe.
“I started a @gofundme to help @miss_jalexander with the overwhelming financial burden of medical bills and long-term care,” Grossman’s caption read in part. “So if Miss J ever made you smile or laugh – I hope you will consider donating or sharing with your community. Let’s all come together for someone who has inspired so much joy, confidence, and individuality in all of us.”
In the comments of the post, an Instagram user asked Grossman why he was starting a GoFundMe if he was so close to Alexander, also alluding to his financial status as a Hollywood manager and producer, and Grossman offered a defense.
“Because he kept it private for years until the Netflix documentary came out, and it wasn’t my news to share,” he wrote in response. “For clarity, though, I’ve never repped Miss J. He’s just a friend.”
Some criticism arose regarding the GoFundMe, specifically as it relates to recent Hollywood figures having fundraisers on the platform, such as late actors Eric Dane and James Van Der Beek.

Trump Answers Iran Questions Amid DoorDash Delivery
President Donald Trump raised more than a few eyebrows after getting DoorDash delivered to the White House mid-press conference.
“Dude I cant. Tell me this is AI. LMFAO,” one user wrote via Twitter after seeing a clip of a woman delivering McDonald’s to the Oval Office before Trump, 79, asked her if she wanted to “do a little new conference with me?”
The president then spoke about the United States and Israel’s ongoing war with Iran and other topics.
“She’s a paid prop? Omg. 🤣🤣,” a second user replied to the viral social media video. A third person replied, “Yall are shameless.🙄.”
A separate user trolled the whole interaction, writing, “I wonder how many background checks, metal detectors, and Secret Service screenings this DoorDash Grandma had to go through just to hand-deliver McDonald’s to the Oval Office. 😂.”
While many fans were confused why Trump had someone drop off food to the White House during such an important meeting, the president discussed the topic of his “No Tax on Tips” policy and the so-called “One Big, Beautiful Bill” passed into law in 2025.
“I heard you picked up an extra $11,000. Because the tax bill was so big, the refund was the biggest you’ve had,” Trump asked the woman, identified as Sharon Simmons, who has been vocal in the past about working at DoorDash to help pay for her husband’s cancer treatments.
“It definitely was,” she responded, after giving the president two bags of McDonald’s.

When Trump accepted the food at the door he joked, “This doesn’t look staged, does it?” before giving the company a shout-out for “doing a good job.”
While the initial interaction between the delivery woman and the president caused a stir online, it was the fact that Trump kept her there by his side as he spoke to reporters about the war in Iran that had most people surprised.
Trump told reporters on Monday that Iran “called this morning” and expressed that they’d “like to work a deal” to end the war overseas as oil prices continue to soar in the U.S.
“[The sticking point] was over nuclear, yeah […] Iran will not have a nuclear weapon,” Trump explained while the delivery woman, wearing a red DoorDash polo, continued to stand next to him. “And we agreed to a lot of things but they didn’t agree to that. And I think they will agree to it, I’m almost sure of it. In fact I am sure of it, if they don’t agree there’s no deal, there will never be a deal. Iran will not have a nuclear weapon. And we’ll get the dust back. We’ll get it back either way; we’ll get it back from them, or we’ll take it.”

In addition to answering reporter questions, Trump kept the DoorDash worker in the mix, teasing her about whether she voted for him. “Ah, maybe,” she replied.
Trump also tried to get the woman’s opinion on the “men in women’s sports” issue, referring to the idea of transgender girls and women being able to compete in leagues based on their preferred gender as opposed to the one assigned at birth.
“I really don’t have an opinion on that. No, no, I’m here on no tax on tips,” she responded.
Us Weekly has reached out to the White House for comment on the interaction.

Britney Spears’ Rehab Move Follows Sons’ Tough Stand
Britney Spears has taken a major step after months of growing concern about her well-being, but the decision to enter rehab reportedly did not happen without a push from the people who matter most to her.
The singer’s recent DUI arrest and past troubling incidents had already alarmed her inner circle.
Now, a new report claims Spears’ sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James, played the biggest role in getting her to finally accept help.
Britney Spears’ Inner Circle Reportedly Pushed For Help For Months

Britney Spears’ latest stint in rehab may have been described publicly as voluntary, but according to the Daily Mail, those closest to the singer had been urging her for some time to take meaningful steps toward recovery.
An insider told the outlet that the 44-year-old had been hesitant despite repeated pleas from family and loved ones.
“She was dragging her feet. Saying that she’d go but then not really taking any actual steps to do anything,” the source said.
That hesitation reportedly left those around her deeply frustrated and worried.
The source explained that everyone in Spears’ circle had tried to support her in the gentlest way possible, but nothing seemed to stick.
“Everyone was telling her that she needed to do something, as encouraging as we could possibly be. Nothing,” they shared.
That changed when the concern became impossible to push aside any longer, especially after her legal trouble earlier this year.
Spears’ DUI Arrest Became A Major Wake-Up Call

One of the biggest turning points in Britney Spears’ recent struggles came in March when she was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence in Ventura County, California.
Authorities said the “Toxic” crooner had been weaving in and out of lanes on Highway 101 and appeared to be “driving under the influence of a combination of drugs and alcohol.”
The March 4 arrest quickly became headline news and intensified concerns about her health and safety.
At the time, a representative for Spears called the incident “completely inexcusable” and suggested that the singer understood changes needed to be made.
The rep said Spears was “going to take the right steps and comply with the law, and hopefully this can be the first step in the long-overdue changes that need to occur in her life.”
However, that was not the first troubling incident tied to Spears’ driving. Months earlier, in October 2025, she had reportedly been seen driving erratically after a night out at the upscale Thousand Oaks restaurant Red-O.
Witnesses reportedly saw Spears accelerate sharply, tailgate other drivers, and even swerve into the wrong lane.
On top of that, reports earlier this year claimed Spears had fired her sobriety coaches, raising even more questions about whether she was receiving the right support.
Britney Spears’ Sons Stepped In With A Loving But Firm Approach

While friends and family had reportedly been unable to convince Spears to act, her sons are said to have finally gotten through to her.
According to the Daily Mail source, Sean Preston Federline and Jayden James Federline became the driving force behind the Grammy Award winner’s decision to enter a treatment facility for 30 days.
“The boys started to get involved. They’re the only ones she listens to, and they were so loving, so kind, but also so firm. This was non-negotiable to them,” the insider said.
That direct involvement appears to have made all the difference.
The source added that Spears understood just how serious her sons were about wanting her to get better, noting, “She needed to get help and they told her that they wouldn’t take no for an answer.”
Even then, Spears reportedly did not rush to take action. According to the insider, she still delayed the process, even though she was not actively fighting them.
“So she didn’t fight them, but she dragged her feet. She will do this for them: she wants to please them,” the insider explained.
Spears’ Sons Gave Her An Ultimatum To Protect Their Future

Ultimately, Britney Spears’ rehab stay appears to have been motivated by one thing above all else: preserving her future with her sons.
According to the source, Sean and Jayden made it clear that their relationship with their mom could not continue in the same way unless she made real changes.
“It was like, ‘Mom you have to go if you want us coming around,’ and that was all the incentive she needed,” the source said.
That ultimatum reportedly landed in exactly the way her family hoped. “She wants a relationship with them, which would have been jeopardized if she didn’t go,” the source added.
For now, those closest to Spears believe she made the right call. The insider said her sons feel encouraged by what they have seen so far and that Spears herself seems to be embracing the process.
According to them, “So she made the right move and they say she seems happy about it.”
Britney Spears’ Bond With Her Sons Has Always Been Deeply Emotional
Britney Spears’ decision to listen to Sean Preston and Jayden James makes sense given how important her relationship with them has always been.
In her 2023 memoir, “The Woman In Me,” the mom of two opened up about how much motherhood has shaped her life.
She revealed that during her highly publicized conservatorship, she agreed to the arrangement partly because it meant she could still spend time with her sons.
That conservatorship lasted 13 years before ending in 2021, but her connection to her children remained central throughout.
Spears shares Sean Preston and Jayden James with ex-husband Kevin Federline. Following their split, Kevin was granted sole custody in 2008.
In 2023, he relocated with the boys to Hawaii, creating even more physical distance between Spears and her sons. Still, recent months suggested the family had been growing closer again.
Last month, Spears posted a photo of herself with Sean and Jayden while they were aboard a yacht, signaling a more positive chapter in their relationship.

The Trump Family’s Business Expansion Could Reshape Presidency
While U.S. presidents have historically attempted to refrain from personal business dealings while assuming the highest office in the land, the Trump family’s business expansion could potentially reshape the presidency as we know it.
According to a Monday, April 13, report published by the Associated Press, President Donald Trump’s “family real estate business is undergoing the fastest overseas expansion since its founding.”
Per the report, these overseas ventures are being helmed by some of the president’s children, Eric Trump and Donald Trump Jr., which includes an expansion “into cryptocurrencies with ventures that brought in billions of dollars.”
“The brothers have also joined or invested in a number of companies that aim to do business with the government their father runs,” the report, written by Bernard Condon, continued. “Last month, they struck a deal giving them stakes worth millions in an armed drone maker seeking contracts with the Pentagon and with Gulf states under attack by Iran.”
Us Weekly has reached out to the White House for comment regarding the Trump family’s business dealings.
The Trump family’s reported overseas business deals are one of many issues plaguing the president’s second term as he navigates a war with Iran, rising gas prices, the ongoing fallout from the Department of Justice’s handling of the so-called Epstein Files, the controversial renaming of the iconic Kennedy Center and the president’s current — and public — feud with Pope Leo XIV.

Adding fuel to the controversy fire, Trump, 79, shared an AI image depicting himself as Jesus Christ on Sunday, April 12, sparking intense backlash among critics and fans alike.
“Why? Seriously, I cannot understand why he’d post this,” conservative and anti-trans commentator Riley Gaines — an avid Trump supporter — wrote via X. “Is he looking for a response? Does he actually think this?”
The former collegiate athlete added, “Either way, two things are true. 1) a little humility would serve him well 2) God shall not be mocked.”
The commander-in-chief later deleted the image, claiming he was not likening himself to the Christian Jesus but was instead depicting himself as a “doctor.”
“I did post it, and I thought it was me as a doctor and had to do with [the] Red Cross,” the president claimed while speaking to reporters outside the White House on Monday. “There’s a Red Cross worker there, which we support.”
Trump then blamed the media for the overwhelmingly negative reaction to the post.
“Only the fake news could come up with that one,” he continued. “I just heard about it, and I said, ‘How did they come up with that?’ It’s supposed to be me as a doctor making people better, and I do make people better. I make people a lot better.”

Never underestimate the power of a top. Martha Stewart‘s striped blouse style gives any wardrobe a taste of the Hamptons or Capri, lending coastal-inspired sophistication for just $22. The spring look works for errands, in-office days and beyond.
Stewart showcased a new signature apparel collection, and while the whole line was chic, her refined blouse style made Us do a double-take. Equally nautical and luxe, it’s the easiest ‘yes’ for our year-round wardrobes.

Like Stewart’s, this classy sweater top features a crew neckline, a relaxed yet tailored fit and a beige-and-white color palette. The refined silhouette stuns with linen pants and jeans alike. However you style it, you’ll look like a rich yacht wife.
Lightweight knit fabric makes this blouse wearable across seasons. With a construction that feels like spring cashmere, it’s cozy enough for April afternoons and breathable enough for August nights.
“This sweater not only looks nice, but it’s also soft and comfortable,” one reviewer wrote. “It’s lightweight, so fall and spring are the perfect time to wear it. It pairs nicely with jeans but would also look good with a pair of slacks or leggings, too.”
Another shopper wrote, “The knit is smooth and incredibly soft, with a tight weave. It looks much more expensive than the price would suggest, and can easily pass as cashmere or merino wool.”
Martha Stewart teaches Us that looking put-together doesn’t require a complicated formula. Sometimes it’s a perfectly striped sweater — and in this case, it is.
The piece comes in over a dozen chic varieties, all channeling Stewart’s effortlessly stylish look, so go ahead . . . grab one for every season.
