    I like the dancing motion workout so much , it is so beautiful 💖💖if all the way standing workout will be more good for travel ,coz can keep workout outside ,but i will follow tutorial as well…thanks alot for pretty instructor 😘😘

    Most fun is that when we’re looking Nicole doing these moves so gracefully we think that we’re looking like her😂 .But the truth is far more ridiculous ,i suppose for the bigger part of us.

    Hello Nicole, thank u for the vidéo ! a little difficult for some movements but I change exercices in that case, otherwise I love it because it remembers me when I danced younger and it helps to gain strenght in my body and my mind. Thk u again !

Here we go… 30 min Full Body HIIT Workout at Home!!!…. It is that time of the week after all where we make sure our shoes are tied in a double knot… we have turned off the heating… and mentally prepared ourselves for a super intense session knowing that when we finish, we realise we enjoyed every single minute of it!!đŸ€©

Today’s HIIT is 40 seconds of work, 20 seconds rest. No repeat!! I know many of you love the no repeat so this is a treat!!

Ensure you have a bottle of water ready, you will also need a mat.
