    One of the best of all time on youtube! Love the shorter warm up, minimal rest between exercises. Now use my 15 and 20 lb dumbbells (do not raise arm overhead in the plank rows though), when 7 years ago I used 8 and 10 lbs.

    First day impressions:It arrived in a waist high box. https://www.youtube.com/post/UgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 Each dumbbell was in its own foam box within the shipping box. Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.

    This workout turns out a big surprise for me as it seemed very easy but I feel sore all over my body next day😮. Loved it😊!

    Coming off an entire summer of paddling and rowing 40K+ a week and this video still kicks my butt with 8lb weights. Great workout! Amy is very motivational, and seeing her very fit partner struggle makes me feel better and work harder.

    When I first started working out five years ago I could barely do a plank on my elbows and knees, but now I’m up on my toes and lifting the dumbbells from side to side. 😅

    Even though I typically do a split routine w heavy weights at the gym when I do this one w 8lb weights it still kicks my butt😅 Perfect while taking care of sick kids sleeping at home

    Great workout, I’m 65 yers old, I would prefer to have a heads up by knowing what workout was coming so I could easily switch up my dumbbells.
