Police Search Rio Rico Location Related to Nancy Guthrie Abduction
A location in Rio Rico, Arizona, is the subject of a “court-authorized search” in relation to the Nancy Guthrie abduction investigation.
The Pima County Sheriff’s Department shared a statement with Us Weekly in the late hours of Tuesday, February 10, that confirmed that the search was “assisted by the FBI’s Evidence Response Team.”
The statement continued, “This operation is expected to last several hours. No further details at this time.”
Rio Rico is roughly 60 miles south of the Catalina Foothills, where Savannah Guthrie’s mom, 84, resides and was last seen. Rio Rico is also just north of the U.S.-Mexico border.
The search was revealed just hours after the Sheriff’s department confirmed that a person was detained in connection with Nancy’s disappearance. Sheriff Chris Nanos shared via an X post, “Earlier today, Pima County Sheriff’s Department deputies detained a subject during a traffic stop south of Tucson.”
The statement continued, “The subject is currently being questioned in connection to the Nancy Guthrie investigation.”
Brian Entin, a senior national correspondent with News Nation, posted via X in light of the Rio Rico search, “Just spoke with the mother-in-law of the man who is detained. She owns the house and says there’s an ongoing search warrant and they took all of their electronic devices. She insists her son-in-law is not involved.”

An additional X post from Entin, 40, claimed that he had also learned via the detained subject’s “family” that the subject “was delivering DoorDash when he was pulled over.”
Authorities have not confirmed any details regarding the identity of the detained individual, including the person’s gender.
Us Weekly has also reached out to the FBI for comment.
News of the detainment arrived just hours after the FBI released black-and-white photos and surveillance footage from Nancy’s home that showed a masked subject with an apparent stored gun in their waistband. The person appeared to have been covering the lens of a camera installed beside the front door.
FBI Director Kash Patel addressed the footage in a statement via X at the time, writing, “New images in the search for Nancy Guthrie. Over the last eight days, the FBI and Pima County Sheriff’s Department have been working closely with our private sector partners to continue to recover any images or video footage from Nancy Guthrie’s home that may have been lost, corrupted, or inaccessible due to a variety of factors – including the removal of recording devices. The video was recovered from residual data located in backend systems.”
The statement continued, “Working with our partners — as of this morning, law enforcement has uncovered these previously inaccessible new images showing an armed individual appearing to have tampered with the camera at Nancy Guthrie’s front door the morning of her disappearance.”
Savannah, 54, shared the FBI’s masked-subject photos via her Instagram on Tuesday alongside a caption that read, “We believe she is still alive. Bring her home. Anyone with information, please contact 1-800-CALL-FBI (1-800-225-5324) or the Pima County Sheriff’s Department 520-351-4900.”
Her husband, Michael Feldman, also shared the images via Instagram captioning them, “Someone out there may recognize this person. Please help us. Bring her home.”
Nancy was reported missing by a family member on February 1. She was last seen one day prior by Savannah’s sister, Annie Guthrie, after she and her husband, Tommaso Cioni, dropped Nancy home following a family dinner.

Marvel Just Released 1 of Its Best Shows — So Why Is No One Talking About It?
If you’re looking for the typical Marvel action sequences, you’re not going to find them in Wonder Man.
Unlike Marvel Studios’ previous attempts to lean into comedy on Disney+, Wonder Man gets in its lane and stays there.
It’s very rare when punches are thrown in this series, and most of those come during an in-universe look at a cheesy Wonder Man movie.
For anyone who’s still on the fence, Watch With Us will now answer this question: Is Marvel’s new Wonder Man series worth watching? And if so, why isn’t anyone talking about it?
It’s Marvel’s Version of ‘Entourage’
It’s been almost 15 years since Entourage wrapped up its run on HBO, but Wonder Man seems like its successor. This show doesn’t become as farcical as Apple TV‘s Emmy-winning comedy The Studio, and it manages to walk a fine line between parody and a straightforward comedy. To give this series credibility, a handful of real actors appear as themselves, including Josh Gad, Ashley Greene, Mario Lopez and Joe Pantoliano.
The irony is that aside from perhaps Gad, those established performers are lower on the A-list than Wonder Man‘s stars, both of whom play struggling actors. Yahya Abdul-Mateen II leads the series as Simon Williams, while Ben Kingsley reprises his role as Trevor Slattery from Iron Man 3 and Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings. The biggest thing that Simon and Trevor have in common is a desire to be recognized for their acting prowess. They’re trying to break into a ridiculous world that may not want them, but every rejection makes them desire it even more.
Abdul-Mateen and Kingsley Have a Fun ‘Bromance’
The relationship between Simon and Trevor is the beating heart of this series. Wonder Man depicts their first meeting and their subsequent encounters in the initial episode, which is done in a very charming way. Trevor actually gets a great audition out of Simon by helping him get out of his own way. If their friendship had only grown out of that moment, it would be almost heartwarming.
Unfortunately for Simon, Trevor does have an ulterior motive for getting so close to him. We’re not going to spoil it for you here, but Trevor’s future may depend upon his willingness to figuratively stab Simon in the back. That’s the underlying tension, because these two guys genuinely like each other. Simon and Trevor may not agree about their acting methods, but their shared love for performing gives them something real to latch on to. Bro-mancing was also a big part of Entourage, which is why the comparison between the two shows seems so appropriate.
‘Wonder Man’ Shakes Up the MCU Formula for the Better
Let’s get this out of the way: Simon does have superpowers, but he isn’t interested in being a hero. Simon isn’t looking to become an Avenger or a costumed vigilante; he just wants to make his mark on the entertainment industry. However, he has to hide his powers, or else he’ll never get another opportunity to show off what he can do in front of the cameras.
There are only a handful of times in the entire series that Simon uses his powers, and he does so accidentally more often than intentionally. That’s something that may frustrate MCU fans who could use an action fix, but it’s a refreshing dose of character and small stakes drama/comedy that brings the Marvel Cinematic Universe back down to Earth. That’s the entire point of this show, and if that sounds good to you, then this is the superhero series you need to watch.

Yahya Abdul-Mateen II and Ben Kingsley in Wonder Man. Disney+
Maybe that’s why no one is talking about Wonder Man. Because it offers something more subtle than the usual superhero fare, the show isn’t discussed on social media as much as, say, The Boys. Hopefully, that doesn’t mean no one is watching. It’s enough that Wonder Man fulfils what it sets out to accomplish — to look at superheroes from a different angle that doesn’t involve one mindless action sequence after another. That’s what makes Wonder Man truly special — the show’s superpower is its restraint and your reward.
Wonder Man is now streaming on Disney+.

Classic ’70s Action Series Nearly Lost Its Leading Man Until a Co-Star Saved His Life [Exclusive]
Including David Tennant‘s DI Alec Hardy and future Oscar winner Olivia Colman‘s DI Ellie Miller in Broadchurch; Rust Cohle (Matthew McConaughey) and Marty Hart (Woody Harrelson) in True Detective; detectives Jimmy McNulty (Dominic West) and William “Bunk” Moreland (Wendell Pierce) in The Wire, and the iconic Mulder (David Duchovny) and Scully (Gillian Anderson) in The X-Files, a great crime series can often live and die by the chemistry of a pair of cops.
This was no better on display than in Rick Rosner‘s CHiPs, with the duo of Erik Estrada and Larry Wilcox delighting audiences for six seasons as California Highway Patrol motorcycle officers Jon Baker and Frank “Ponch” Poncherello. Running for 139 episodes, the series became a flagship success for NBC and earned millions of doting fans. This was thanks largely to the chemistry of Estrada and Wilcox, with their electric partnership not just limited to in front of the camera.
The duo recently appeared at Big Lick Comic-Con in Roanoke, VA, where they spoke on a panel hosted by Collider’s Maggie Lovitt. During the event, Estrada detailed a shocking story in which a stunt on the show nearly cost him his life, only for Wilcox to step in and use his military veteran instincts to save the day. “I had a little accident, plowed into a car, and then ended up with two punctured lungs, broken wrists, as you can see. Fractured ribs and cracked my jaw a little bit,” Estrada said, adding:
“So I hit the ground, and the next thing is Larry jumps on top of me and makes me focus because I’m now bleeding internally and turning blue, and he kept me focused and actually helped start to save my life there because we had to wait for the helicopter to come get me, to take me to UCLA. They wanted to open me up, see if I ruptured my aorta, and I said, ‘No, you’re not doing that.’ […] Larry helped save my life because of his experience in Vietnam. He saw it right away and jumped on it.”
A Rolls-Royce Brought Estrada Back to the Series
After refusing to come back to the show because of his accident, Estrada admitted in the same interview that the promise of a brand-new Rolls-Royce — “convertible Corniche with bamboo interior” — was enough to entice him back. Thanks to a clause in his contract, Wilcox was also able to land himself a black Rolls-Royce Corniche from production, which was the least he deserved after saving his co-star’s life.

Zayn Malik
I ‘Love’ Gigi Hadid … But I Was Never ‘In Love’ With Her
Published
Call Her Daddy
Zayn Malik is doubling down on a past claim that he’s never been in love … not even with his daughter’s mom, Gigi Hadid.
The singer got super candid with Alex Cooper on her “Call Her Daddy” podcast, delivering the coldest news in the warmest way possible.
Watch the clip … when Alex asks him if he still stands by a comment he made 2 years ago that he didn’t think he’d ever truly been in love, Zayn very politely agreed with the sentiment.
Zayn explained, “Because my understanding of love is always developing. At that moment in time, I might have thought it was love, but as I got older, I realized maybe it wasn’t. Maybe it was lust. Maybe it was this … maybe it was that … I don’t feel like it was love.”
But he did add a clarification … “I will always love G, because she’s the reason my child is on this Earth, and I have the utmost respect for her. I will always love her, but I don’t know if I was ever in love with her.”
Remember … The two had their daughter Khai in September 2020 and announced their split the following year. After a crazy, nasty breakup — Gigi’s mom, Yolanda, accused Zayn of striking Yolanda and pushing her into a dresser — Zayn and Gigi seem to be on much better terms.

Brandi Glanville Defends Jill Zarin Amid Halftime Comments Fallout
Brandi Glanville is standing by Jill Zarin‘s side after the latter faced consequences for slamming Bad Bunny’s Super Bowl performance.
The drama began after the Puerto Rican rapper headlined this year’s halftime show in Spanish, leaving many upset over the lack of English songs. “The Real Housewives of New York City” alum was among those who criticized his performance.
Following her scathing review of Bad Bunny’s show, Jill Zarin was removed from an upcoming reunion show. Brandi Glanville recently reacted to her pal’s termination, stressing that people shouldn’t be punished for having different opinions.

Brandi Glanville Slams Jill Zarin’s Firing Over Bad Bunny’s Halftime Show

Glanville shared her thoughts on Zarin’s removal from the upcoming E! show “The Golden Life” in a recent X post. She started off by declaring her love for Bad Bunny, claiming she wanted to become “his Mrs. Robinson.”
Glanville added that she enjoyed his halftime performance, declaring that the show “rocked,” but it wasn’t a good enough reason to punish her friend, Zarin. The TV personality noted that Zarin was entitled to her own opinion, which she did not agree with; however, “opinions aren’t wrong, they’re subjective.”

“I want to watch Jill on TV explain herself & hopefully learn something. Or we can just keep watching ‘yes people’ afraid to share,” Glanville concluded. Her words divided fans in the comments, with some agreeing with Glanville while others argued that Zarin’s words were offensive.

The Former Bravolebrity’s Stance Sparked Mixed Reactions

In the supportive corner, one fan agreed with Glanville that Zarin had simply shared her opinion on Bad Bunny’s performance. “She didn’t say anything offensive. You’all act like she ate babies….oh wait…you people think that’s ok. Grow up,” the X user argued.
“Brandi, you’re my girl. Completely feel the same way,” another supporter chimed in. A third agreed with Zarin’s stance, claiming they also disliked Bad Bunny’s halftime show because it was in Spanish. On the other hand, critics slammed both Glanville and Zarin, stressing that there was no room for racism.

“Nah, there’s lines and Jill’s tirade crossed them,” an X user stressed. “It went beyond opinion when she stated ‘there were no white people,’” another displeased fan pointed out. A third echoed similar sentiments, noting that “Freedom of speech isn’t freedom from consequences.”

How The Reality TV Star Reacted To Her Exit

Glanville’s reaction to Zarin’s termination follows the latter’s comments about her exit. While speaking to In Touch, Zarin argued that she wasn’t given a chance to clear her name. “I took it down right away. People make mistakes. I’m human,” she said about the since-deleted controversial post.
A source told the outlet that there were many rooting for Zarin’s return to the show, claiming, “Everyone on the Internet is up in arms because they love Jill and were finally getting her back.” The source also slammed E! for removing Zarin from the show, declaring:
“Jill will be back — this won’t keep her down. People love her. That will never change.”
The Production Company Behind ‘The Golden Life’ Confirmed The Entertainer’s Exit

Zarin’s reaction to her exit from the upcoming reunion show follows the confirmation of her removal from the E! program. The Blast covered the story, reporting that the production company in charge of the reunion show announced the news in a statement.
Although Blink49 Studios did not highlight which part of Zarin’s comments had triggered her removal from the upcoming show, they stressed that it played a key part in her exit. “We remain committed to delivering the series in line with our company standards and values,” the production company added.

As stated, Zarin had a major problem with Bad Bunny’s Spanish performance, complaining in a since-deleted Instagram post that she could not understand a word of it. She also labeled it “the worst halftime show ever” and found it inappropriate that the rapper kept grabbing his crotch during his performance.
Andy Cohen Joined The List Of Those Slamming Jill Zarin

Zarin went on to label Bad Bunny’s performance “a political statement because there were literally no white people in the entire thing.” Additionally, she slammed Lady Gaga for allegedly getting a facelift, noting she could barely recognize the singer and had to Google her face to find her name.
The Blast shared that Bravo executive Andy Cohen addressed Zarin’s reaction to the Super Bowl performance on his “Radio Andy” show. He subtly slammed her by passing the baton to E! because Zarin was no longer employed by Bravo.

“And in terms of Jill, just… I don’t know. You know, call E!” Cohen said, referencing the upcoming “RHONY” reunion show. When his co-host noted that “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” alum Taylor Armstrong had also slammed Bad Bunny’s performance, Cohen stressed that both women were no longer with Bravo.

New Nancy Guthrie Note, Sender Demands 1 Bitcoin for Info On Kidnapping Suspect
Nancy Guthrie Case
New Note Demands 1 Bitcoin to Rat Out Suspect
Published
There’s a new note in the Nancy Guthrie case, but this one doesn’t seem to be from the kidnappers … instead, it’s from someone offering to give up information on the kidnapper.
TMZ received the note just before 5 AM PT, and the sender claims they’ve tried unsuccessfully to reach Savannah Guthrie‘s brother, Camron, and her sister, Annie, by email and text. The note goes on, “If they want the name of the individual involved then I want 1 Bitcoin to the following wallet. Time is more than relevant.”
There is a legitimate Bitcoin address in the note … and it is a different address from the one in the original ransom note, received by TMZ and 2 Tucson TV news stations.
We have forwarded this note to the FBI.
It’s unclear if the sender of this note is legit, but interestingly, 1 Bitcoin is worth about $66,000 right now. You’ll recall law enforcement is currently offering a $50,000 reward for information leading to Nancy’s kidnappers.

Check out the scary video … the 33-year-old was well on her way to landing a 900-degree spin … but her board suddenly caught an edge as she was coming off the transition part of the pipe, violently tossing her forward and sending her into an uncontrolled somersault.
The clip shows her legs and board flipping over her back — a wipeout known as a “Scorpion,” because the crash resembles the arachnid’s tail curling up forward toward its head.
Liu slid to a halt and laid there, only slightly moving her head … clearly in pain. Medical personnel hopped into the halfpipe to help her, and she was carted away.
Neither the Olympics nor Liu’s team shared an immediate update on her status.
She was in 13th place when she descended into the pipe and needed to move up one spot to qualify for finals, which will be held Thursday.

“I made the biggest mistake of my life and was unfaithful, and I told her about it a week ago,” SHL said. “This has been the worst week of my life.”

Before addressing the confession, she congratulated SHL and his teammate, Johan-Olav Bothn, on winning the bronze … but despite his public apology, she’s not ready to move past his infidelity.

“I did not choose to be put in this position, and it hurts to have to be in it. We have had contact, and he is aware of my opinions on this.”
She also said she was grateful to her friends and family who have supported her through this time and to “everyone else who has thought of me and sympathized, without knowing who I am.”
SHL is aware of his ex’s remarks and told VG he has no comment.
