Update on the warranty: We called up the support line for Advanced Skytech (Treasure Box) secret shopper style. There was no wait time to get an agent, and they walked us through every step of fixing the issue including sending videos to assist us. They were patient and helpful overall.     Damn for the same price I managed to build a pc with an i7 4770. Gtx 1060 6gb 500gb ssd and 320gb hdd with 16gb of 1600mhz RAM. How do they manage to sell that junk

    I bought a little dell for 50 British pounds out a 750ti in it with 16gb ram and it was a nice little pc at the time it could run currently games on low settings bargains to be found our there

    I like the idea of repurposing this office PC's you can use them for emulation boxes, or add them to an arcade machine, Some of the newer ones with a good GPU can be a good ChimeraOS Console HTPC or just a media console with LibreELEC, they can be a NAS or a home server like they are just so versatile I think that if Dell had the Framework mentality they would make a shit ton of money if they sold things to upgrade this office pcs once they are decommissioned.

    6:13 Sorry Linus, I gotta stop you there. Have y'all actually tried playing Minecraft on it? Because I've played modded Minecraft (190 mods) on a laptop (I don't remember the specific CPU or model number of the HP laptop) that had only 32GB storage and 2GB of ram. It lag spiked to heck and back but man, was it playable-ish.

    I did something similar to these for my own computer. I bought a dell optiplex 7040 from a university surplus store that came with a blank 1TB HDD 16GB ram and a graphics card. I replaced the graphics card with a GT1030 cause thats the max the stock power supply can do. I also replaced the HDD with an SSD that my dad was about to throw away. overall the most expensive thing was windows and I dont really play games that are all that demanding so it works great for what I payed for it

    I personally use a old lonovo pc that i put a 1050ti in to it get around 200 fps on most shooters on 1080p low (the cpu is a i5 8400)
