Teens charged with murder after boy, 14, was stabbed on bus

Two teenagers have been charged with murder after a 14-year-old boy was fatally stabbed on a London bus.

Kelyan Bokassa was pronounced dead shortly after being attacked in Woolwich on 7 January.

A 15-year-old boy from Woolwich, and a 16-year-old boy from Plumstead, were charged with murder on Thursday.

They have been remanded in custody and are due to appear at Bromley Magistrates’ Court later, the Met Police said.

A 44-year-old woman who was arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender has been released under investigation.
