Karoline Leavitt Reveals New Job After White House Exit
Karoline Leavitt has lined up her next gig after exiting the White House.
Speaking to reporters aboard Air Force One on Friday, August 21, the former press secretary, 28, revealed that she plans to work for President Donald Trump’s super PAC MAGA Inc., according to NBC News. Leavitt, who previously served as the MAGA Inc. spokesperson before joining Trump’s second administration, did not reveal any additional details about her new role.
“You guys will still see me all the time,” she added on Friday, noting that her family will remain in Washington, D.C., amid the job change.
Trump, 80, announced earlier this month that Leavitt was stepping down from her White House duties after welcoming her second baby with husband Nicholas Riccio, who is 32 her senior.
“Our wonderful White House Press Secretary, and one of my most trusted aides, Karoline Leavitt, will be departing her role at the end of the month so she can spend more time with her beautiful young children and family,” Trump wrote via Truth Social, stating he understands and respects Leavitt’s decision. “Karoline will now be one of my top outside advisors, and an influential voice within the Republican Party, as we work to defy history, and conclusively win the midterm elections.”
He continued at the time, “Karoline has been a real leader in the White House, and has done a phenomenal job fighting for Justice, Liberty, and Freedom, since 2018, including our Historic Re-Election Campaign of 2024. Karoline has been one of the best White House Press Secretaries in the History of the Office. Thank you, Karoline, for a job well done!”
Leavitt recently returned from maternity leave after giving birth to daughter Viviana in May. (In addition to their daughter, Leavitt and her husband share son Niko, 2.)
“Being a mother and welcoming a new baby while working in one of the most demanding jobs in the world has been the most rewarding yet challenging season of my life, to say the least,” Leavitt wrote in an August 12 statement shared via X, addressing her postpartum return to work. “The truth is since returning to the White House after the birth of my daughter, I have felt in my heart that I cannot be the best mom my two young children deserve while devoting the constant time, energy and attention required of the White House Press Secretary. That is why I have ultimately made the bittersweet decision to depart the White House and embark on a new chapter in my life.”

Benny Blanco Lost Nearly 5 Lbs After Only Eating Pizza for Week
Benny Blanco is on a mission to find out whether he can slim down on a pizza-only diet.
“Hey guys, today’s Day 1 of only eating pizza for five days straight to prove you can lose weight eating literally anything,” Blanco, 38, began a Friday, August 21, video shared via TikTok, saying that he started the experiment weighing 152.5 pounds. “I’m going to eat one pizza a day and lose weight.”
Blanco kicked off the experiment with “one large, thin crust” pie from Domino’s, later noshing on similar sized pizzas for the remainder of the week. By the third day, the music producer was admittedly “tired of pizza” though persisted for the sake of his self-imposed quest.
“It’s Day 5 [and] I don’t even remember who I am as a human being,” he quipped in follow-up footage. “Like, what was life like before pizza? I’ll tell you something: I feel f***ing good [with] a spring in my step.”
At the end of the week, Blanco hit the scale once again.
“You see that? 147.5,” Blanco quipped, reading off the new measurement. “I just lost 4.7 pounds in five days, eating only pizza. Nothing matters, you can do whatever you want. F*** failure, f*** everything, get my book right now.”
Blanco, who is promoting his upcoming memoir F*** Failure, did not publicly share whether he did anything else to aid his apparent weight loss. (Doctors often recommend a balanced diet coupled with plenty of exercise.)
@itsbennyblanco can i lose weight if i only eat pizza?
Blanco released his first book, Open Wide: A Cookbook for Friends, in 2024.
“Cooking is scary,” he exclusively told Us in May 2024 in advance of his debut book release. “Throwing a dinner party … forget about it. But I promise you, Open Wide is gonna be the secret handbook in your back pocket. You can pull [my book] out any time you want to impress some guests.”
Blanco is also known to whip up tasty treats for his wife, actress and pop star Selena Gomez. The couple, who have been together since 2023, said “I do” two years later in September 2025.
“She’s my best friend. The second time we hung out, our second date, I was like, ‘Wait, does she like me?’ I was clueless. From then on, it was easy,” Blanco gushed to Interview magazine in March 2025 about his spouse. “You know when you think you met the right person, you’re like, ‘Oh my god.’ But it feels so different. The second we started hanging out, I was like, ‘This is my wife.’ I was telling my mom, ‘This is the girl I’m going to marry.’”

The theatrical screenings are scheduled for Alamo Drafthouse locations across markets including New York, Los Angeles, Austin, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, the Washington D.C. area, Denver, Laredo, Omaha, Northern Virginia, Raleigh, the San Francisco Bay Area, St. Louis and Springfield.
Created by Vince Gilligan, Breaking Bad premiered in 2008 and ran for five seasons before concluding in 2013. For fans who have only experienced Walter White’s world at home, September 7 will offer a very different way to revisit one of the defining moments of the series.
It’s time to cook again.

Best Summer-to-Fall Styles for Women Over 40

If there’s one thing that can single-handedly carry your wardrobe from summer into fall, it’s a great pair of jeans. They’re substantial enough to make a breezy summer top feel a little more autumn-ready, but they don’t require you to commit to sweaters, coats and boots before the weather actually cooperates, either. Basically, when you’re stuck in that awkward in-between period, jeans are the wardrobe MVP.
The best part? Once temperatures finally drop, your favorite denim is already ready for the job. Pair a straight-leg style with a cozy sweater, tuck a tee into a wide-leg pair with loafers or throw a jacket over your favorite ankle jeans for an easy everyday outfit. These 10 pairs from J.Jill make a strong case for refreshing your denim drawer now — because the right jeans can be the foundation for pretty much every fall outfit you’ll want to wear.
10 Effortless Summer-to-Fall Jeans From J.Jill
1. Fringe Benefits: A little fringe goes a long way. These high-rise kick-flare jeans are made with supersoft stretch-denim fabric that feels easy enough for all-day wear. A subtle fringed hem gives the classic silhouette a fresh update that’s still easy to style!
2. Denim, Elevated: These aren’t your average wide-leg jeans. The dark wash and trouser-inspired silhouette give this pair a polished look, while a luxe cotton, Tencel, Lyocell and silk blend is drapey and soft against the skin. Slip on a blazer and loafers for a sophisticated office outfit, or keep things casual with a simple tee.
3. Wide-Leg Wonder: This best-selling wide-leg pair makes a convincing case for adding them to your fall rotation. The relaxed shape has plenty of room without veering into overly baggy territory, and the cotton-stretch denim blended with Tencel is soft for long days. Consider them an easy upgrade from your everyday straight-leg jeans.
4. Classic Cut: When in doubt, go straight-leg. This classic silhouette runs straight from your hip to the hem, creating a sleek foundation for just about any fall outfit. It’s a comfortable pair, thanks to the below-the-waist rise and cotton-stretch denim — and the full-length design can be cuffed when you want to show off your favorite shoes.
5. Artisanal Touch: A neutral jean is super versatile, and this creamy shade makes a particularly pretty case for branching out. The softly flecked texture gives the cotton-spandex pair a boutique feel, and the polished straight-leg fit keeps it looking refined. Try it with a lightweight sweater and loafers for an outfit that feels instantly ready for fall.
6. Desk-to-Dinner Denim: Who says jeans can’t be polished enough for plans after work? This full-length, wide-leg pair feels more refined than some other pairs — almost like a pair of trousers. The cotton-Tencel denim fabric has a soft drape, creating a sophisticated silhouette that can handle a day at the office before heading straight to dinner.
7. Long-Leg Look: The easiest way to make your legs look miles long? A good pair of flares. These modern jeans fit securely through the waist and hips, then subtly flare out at the knee, immediately lengthening the look of your leg. Wear them from daytime errands to evening plans without a second thought.
8. Statement Denim: Ready to venture beyond your standard straight leg? This barrel-leg pair brings some personality to your denim drawer with a curved silhouette that’s relaxed through the thigh, then tapers off at the ankle. It’s made with a less stretchy, vintage-inspired denim fabric that gets even prettier with each wear and wash.
9. Slim & Streamlined: If you love a slim jean but don’t want to feel squeezed into it, this best-selling pair could be your sweet spot. It has a tailored, slim-leg silhouette that skims right from your hip to your ankle without a hint of constriction. The ankle-length silhouette also makes it easy to show off ballet flats now and boots once fall is in full swing.
10. Boyfriend, Refined: Classic boyfriend jeans get a slightly more polished makeover in this slimming silhouette. They’re relaxed enough to be comfy all day, and you can wear the hem cuffed for a more casual look or leave it loose for an effortless, elevated finish. Pair them with a crisp button-down now, then swap in a cozy sweater when the temperatures finally drop.

Andrew Garfield Explains ‘Aura Farming’ In Hilarious Breakdown
Andrew Garfield hasn’t lost his wit or sense of humor, even though he’s been working non-stop on back-to-back film projects, including the fantasy-adventure film The Magic Faraway Tree.
In a recent interview, the actor won the internet over with a hilarious breakdown of Gen Z’s favorite viral phrase, “aura farming.”
Garfield has been quite his expressive self in recent media appearances, including one where he opened up about craving a quiet life away from Hollywood and his addiction to his secret Instagram account.

Andrew Garfield proved he’s very much in touch with the younger generation when he gave a funny explanation of the internet-popular catchphrase “aura farming.”
He and costar Claire Foy put their honesty to the test on Vanity Fair‘s Lie Detector Test, where they asked each other questions about their personal lives and careers, among other topics.
At some point, Foy asked him if he was “aura farming,” and he said yes before adding that he thought they were both doing it. Going on to explain the phrase, Garfield said it means that anytime someone makes a public appearance, they’re aura farming.
“It’s like what Gen-Zers are saying. Aura farming is like when you wanna look cool in front of the world. And you wear clothes that look cool, and you put on, like, a nice hat,” he noted.
Seemingly confused by his explanation, the actress laughingly echoed, “a nice hat,” before Garfield went further to vividly describe what it meant.
“Yeah, a nice hat. You came to a wedding in, like, 1994. Yeah, this is like the millennial version of aura farming. Put on a nice hat,” he continued. “You walk outside and you have a jaunty, you have a jaunty stroll around lower Manhattan with a cane and a monocle.”
Garfield Reacts To His Viral ‘Slutty’ Look Breaking The Internet

The Amazing Spider-Man star was commenting on the internet’s NSFW reaction to his “slutty” look at the 2025 Golden Globes. At the time, Garfield went viral for leaving his shirt slightly unbuttoned and wearing chic glasses.
“Did reactions online surprise you?” Foy asked, to which he replied, “Yes, they did.”
As he’d previously explained in an interview with MTV journalist Josh Horowitz, the Hacksaw Ridge actor said all he did was put on his glasses and try to adjust his shirt, as he thought he was already showing too much skin.
However, he added that many thought it was “sl-tty” and “everyone responded as if I was trying to f-ck them.”
He was then called out for exhibiting signs of “deception” after Foy asked him whether he “intentionally wanted to thirst-trap audiences.”
He admitted, saying, “maybe retrospectively, there might’ve been some unconscious desire to seduce.”
Andrew Garfield Opens Up About His Secret Instagram Addiction

In much the same way, the 43-year-old actor has been quite outgoing and expressive in several media appearances.
During a recent interview with Variety, he opened up about his addiction to his phone via his secret Instagram account, where he scrolls through videos of ceramics and Japanese craftspeople.
“I’m as addicted as anybody. My screen time notifications are horrific. It’s like, I’ve given all of those hours to nothing,” he said.
“It’s genuinely enraging because we don’t have as much control over these impulses as we should, and it’s been by design. It’s pretty dark when you look at it,” the actor added.
Andrew Garfield Opens Up About Breaking His Phone Addiction
Commenting on steps he tries to adopt to fight his addiction, Garfield noted he sometimes gets the impulse to “smash” his phone like many others do, or even toss it into the sea “because we know it’s taking our lives from us in some way.”
“I’m not better than anybody else. I’ve been told, and I find it to be true, that if you leave your phone in another room, that does a lot of the heavy lifting. As soon as it’s in the room, you’re kind of f-cked,” he continued.
Social media and technology are at the heart of his new film The Magic Faraway Tree, where he and Foy play a couple, Tim and Polly, who uproot their urban family life and tech-dependent kids to relocate to a farm in the country.
When asked whether phones were banned on set, he noted that the film’s intention “wasn’t to damn technology,” but to have a “healthier relationship” with it.
Garfield Reflects On Technology’s Impact On Human Connection

During an appearance on The Today Show, Garfield reflected on how he has been taking an introspective look at his philosophy of life.
He explained that the question of how to live a balanced life has been on his mind, especially when he considers the many technological advancements that not only make life convenient but also create a “tension between us being able to be really connected to our true selves.”
According to him, new technologies are posing a stumbling block to our connections “with each other” and “to all this beautiful nature that surrounds us.”
“How are we doing the job that we’re supposed to do, which I believe is [to] be the custodians of our planet?” he asked. “How do we take care of our planet in the way that we are meant to as conscious beings on this planet? And I feel like there’s tension there. It’s a tension I’m very, very curious about.”

Jay Leno Asks NH Court to Accept Wife’s Conservatorship
Jay Leno is requesting that the New Hampshire courts recognize his wife, Mavis Leno‘s, conservatorship, so he can sell property they own together.
Mavis was diagnosed with advanced dementia in 2024, and the popular comedian, as her husband and primary caretaker, was made the conservator of her estate the very same year.
Taking care of Mavis Leno as she battles dementia has since become a priority for Jay Leno, who remains committed to staying by her side and fulfilling the vows he made when they got married.

According to My News LA, Leno’s attorneys notified the New Hampshire court that he planned to file for “registration and recognition of foreign guardianship.”
The purpose is to register the conservatorship there, which would allow him to sell “certain real estate” located in the New England region.
Leno hopes they recognize the already existing legal arrangement rather than create a new conservatorship for Mavis.
The estate in question is reportedly owned by Leno and Mavis as community property. TMZ reports that the property is a two-bedroom and two-bathroom ranch built in 1995. The property was listed for sale in June of this year for under $400,000.
The New Hampshire court has not yet ruled on the matter.

Leno originally filed for a conservatorship of his wife’s estate in a Los Angeles court in January 2024, after Mavis was found to be suffering from dementia. His request was granted in April 2024.
According to NBC News, the petition stated that Mavis had “been progressively losing capacity and orientation to space and time for several years”.
Her condition made her unable to execute plans regarding her estate, so a court-appointed lawyer recommended that the court approve Leno’s petition, noting that his wife sometimes didn’t know “her husband, Jay, nor her date of birth.”
The couple’s long-term relationship made the petition necessary, so both could be protected, as their lives have been intertwined since they were married.
The conservatorship gave Leno full authority to handle his wife’s estate and financial affairs.
Jay Leno Continues To Perform His Role As Caretaker

Leno has since publicly discussed how the conservatorship agreement and his wife’s condition have changed their daily life.
In an interview with People Magazine last year, he described himself as Mavis’ caretaker and spoke about organizing his life around her needs.
For Leno, caring for Mavis has become an intrinsic part of his routine; he explains that the responsibility is just another aspect of being married.
He said, “When you get married, you sort of take a vow, ‘Will I live up to this? Or will I be like a sleazy guy if something happens to my wife, I’m out banging the cashier at the mini mart? No, I didn’t.”
“I enjoy the time with my wife. I go home, I cook dinner for her, watch TV, and it’s okay,” he added

Leno says that they do what they’ve always done and that his responsibilities may have increased, but he likes taking care of her, noting that she’s “a very independent woman” and likes being needed.
According to People, in his appearance on the “Life Above The Noise With Maria Shriver” podcast, Leno recalled how surprised people were because he remained with his wife through her ailment.
He said, “You take a vow when you get married, and people are stunned … they’re so shocked that you would live up to it.”
As far as the popular comedian is concerned, he and his wife are in it together.
For Jay Leno, Love Is All About Commitment: ‘I’m Glad I Didn’t Cut And Run’

The 76-year-old has been candid about the challenges of looking after someone in Mavis’ condition, but he remains committed to fulfilling his responsibility, as that is all love is.
In a report by Us Weekly, Leno revealed what it means to care for his wife. He said, “When you have to feed someone and change them and, you know, carry them to the bathroom and do all that kind of stuff every day, it’s a challenge.”
“At some point in my life, I’m gonna be called upon to defend myself,” he said. “And that’s what it is. I think that’s really what defines a marriage. I mean, that’s really what love is.”
Leno concluded, saying, “I’m glad I didn’t cut and run, and I’m glad I didn’t run off with some woman half my age or any of that silly nonsense, you know? I mean, I would rather be with her than doing something else.”

Michaela Bates Addresses Questions on Adopting Foster Sons
Bringing Up Bates couple Michael “Michaela” Bates and Brandon Keilen are hitting back at fervent questions about any potential plans to adopt their two foster sons.
“Life continues to be an adventure there, and I know somebody had made some comments somewhere in reference to an adoption choice,” Brandon, 36, began in a YouTube video uploaded Saturday, August 22, sharing an update on the couple’s journey as foster parents. “We’re loving the boys as long as we can, but that’s not something that’s in our court at this point in time.”
Michaela, 36, and Brandon have been married since 2015, later becoming foster parents of two boys in 2025.
“I feel like we get a lot of comments through social media, you know, ‘I hope the boys stay with you forever’ or, ‘It’s time for you to send them back home,’” Michaela added on Saturday. “This is our first time doing it, but we’re just a home to love the boys as long as they need it.”
She continued, “I mean, it’s not really up to us what happens. We’re just here to be here for them and to support them.”
Michaela, one of Kelly Jo and Gil Bates’ 19 children, further acknowledged that both she and her husband are still learning about the foster care system.
“It’s one of those things that if you’re not familiar with foster care, as we weren’t as much before, you just don’t know,” she said. “Obviously, there’s so much that we don’t share about their story because it’s their story. So, we do appreciate the encouragement and we appreciate the prayers and we certainly feel them cuz some days are long and some days are hard.”
Despite the hardships, Michaela and Brandon merely want to be “here for [their foster sons] as long as they need.”
“We hope that they feel loved and valued and like they belong for however long they are here,” she noted, before Brandon added that the Department of Child Services (DCS) issues final rulings about potential adoption placements.
Neither Michaela nor Brandon presently know whether adoption is in their future.
“We’re just available to love the boys as long as that’s necessary,” Brandon stated. “We don’t know where their story is going to go, where this is going to end up, but we are very grateful for this season of time. It’s changed us, it’s changed me [and] it’s changed how we’ve had to live life in relation to decisions we make as a couple.”

HBO’s 10-Part World War II Epic Went Even Darker Than ‘Band of Brothers’
Saving Private Ryan wasn’t the only incredible World War II-centric project that Steven Spielberg and Tom Hanks worked on together. After creating their groundbreaking 1998 war drama, Spielberg and Hanks helped redefine the war epic on television with 2001’s Band of Brothers. More than two decades later, that collaboration has grown into an unofficial trilogy of acclaimed World War II miniseries, with The Pacific arriving in 2010 and Masters of the Air following in 2024.
The success of Band of Brothers with both television and history buffs inspired Hanks and Spielberg to collaborate once more on the follow-up series The Pacific, which shifted the action from Europe to the Pacific Theater. While Masters of the Air would later take their World War II storytelling into the skies, The Pacific remains arguably the darkest of the three. Its harrowing depiction of combat was inspired by the extraordinary true experiences of the Marines at the center of its story.
‘The Pacific’ Is Based on a True Story of Heroism
While The Pacific was developed as a companion piece to Band of Brothers, the two shows are not directly related. The Pacific is set during the Pacific Theater era of World War II. During this period of the conflict, Allied military forces laid siege to the Pacific Ocean territories, including Japan, as part of a larger offensive movement. While Band of Brothers was an ensemble drama that focused on all of Easy Company throughout the war, The Pacific focused its approach on three central characters. Robert Leckie (James Badge Dale), Eugene Sledge (Joseph Mazzello), and John Basilone (Jon Seda) become the heroes of an increasingly brutal conflict that appears to have no end in sight.
While all the main characters in Band of Brothers served as part of the same regiment, the characters in The Pacific served different areas of combat; Leckie served in the 1st, Sledge served in the 5th, and Basilone served in the 7th. This allowed the series to examine a wider view of the conflict and focus on how various battles played into the Allies’ larger offensive movement. Band of Brothers’ incredible combat footage had set a certain expectation for viewers, but HBO spared no expense in making The Pacific feel just as realistic. At the time of its release in 2010, The Pacific was the most expensive miniseries ever made.
While Band of Brothers was inspired by the nonfiction novel of the same name by author Stephen E. Ambrose, The Pacific drew inspiration from multiple sources. Sledge’s memoirs With the Old Breed: At Peleliu and Okinawa and China Marine, and Leckie’s nonfiction novel Helmet for My Pillow served as the primary inspirations for the series. However, The Pacific also incorporated details from the nonfiction novel Red Blood, Black Sand by Chuck Tatum. Tatum served alongside Basilone in the Battle of Iwo Jima and was depicted in the series by the actor Ben Esler. Both The Pacific and Band of Brothers felt particularly realistic due to the real interviews with former service members that were incorporated within the shows’ broadcast. The Pacific earned just as much praise from historians as its predecessor.
‘The Pacific’ Is Darker Than ‘Band of Brothers’
There’s no question that the heroes of both The Pacific and Band of Brothers are incredibly noble, but the two shows feature very different depictions of heroism. Band of Brothers, despite the realism of its battle scenes, presents itself as a fairly standard narrative of “good vs. evil.” While it certainly went into more depth exploring the rigors that the soldiers went through, the story is not presented in a way that is largely different from World War II movies like Saving Private Ryan or The Thin Red Line. Its message was fairly simple; heroism triumphs in the face of evil. Comparatively, the line between “good” and “evil” is less evident in The Pacific. The villain of the series is war itself. It presented a more level-headed approach to the historical drama genre that embodied the “war is hell” philosophy.
The Pacific questions the futility of the war as the conflict descends into more harrowing territory. The series shows the devastating impact that the conflict had on the Pacific Isles and shows the extreme extent that some characters go to as they lose themselves in battle. In a particularly memorable sequence, Sledge grows desensitized to the violence he finds himself surrounded by and grows increasingly dispirited. The series shows how radically men can change after spending time in the heat of combat. Sledge starts off the series optimistic and enthusiastic about serving his country. By the end of the show, he’s become more reclusive and easily agitated.
‘The Pacific’ Is Great for Good Reason
The Pacific also presented a more all-encompassing depiction of the war due to its more significant scope. The series begins by showing what life was like for Leckie, Sledge, and Basilone before the war began. The bombing of Pearl Harbor galvanized Sledge to join the Marines, despite the skepticism that he faces from his family. Similarly, there are moments of Basilone attending Christmas meals with his family in the events before his service. These moments of pre-war footage show the humble beginnings that many soldiers came from. It made the show’s most emotional moments, such as Basilone’s death in the episode “Iwo Jima,” even more impactful.
The Pacific also shows how the characters are affected in the aftermath of the conflict itself. Sledge returns home to find that he no longer enjoys the pleasures of his simple upbringing the same way, as his memories are haunted by the horrific images he witnessed in the thick of combat. It’s heartbreaking to see how different the service is from what he expected. This comes across due to the incredible performance of Mazzello, who became one of the breakout stars of the series. He and his The Pacific co-star Rami Malek would go on to star together in the acclaimed 2018 biopic Bohemian Rhapsody.
Band of Brothers set a precedent for what a great World War II series looked like, while The Pacific offered a darker and more psychologically punishing perspective on the conflict. Even alongside Masters of the Air, its mature approach to the human cost of combat makes it a particularly thoughtful examination of World War II.

Tiffany Haddish Reflects on 3rd Year of Sobriety After DUI
Tiffany Haddish is opening up about her ongoing sobriety journey.
“Hey, I stopped drinking altogether when I realized how much bad stuff I was seeing connected to alcohol,” Haddish, 46, wrote via X on Saturday, August 22. “Sitting in court really opened my eyes. Case after case — domestic violence, child abuse, theft, fighting, Grape — alcohol kept showing up somewhere in the story. And I thought, ‘Damn, what would happen if I just never drank again?’ So I stopped.”
Haddish was arrested in January 2022 in Georgia for driving under the influence, for which she pleaded earlier this month. As part of her plea agreement to avoid trial, Haddish’s driver’s license was suspended and she was sentenced to 12-month probation. The comedian was arrested on suspicion of DUI for a second time in November 2023, also reaching a plea deal after pleading no contest to reckless driving. Haddish was also sentenced to probation.
In the years since her arrests, Haddish vowed to quit drinking.
“Over three years later, LIFE IS AWESOME. No more waking up in pain. No more waking up next to ugly people. 😂 No more toxic relationships,” the Girls Trip actress added on Saturday. “Narcissists REALLY don’t like sober Tiffany because I don’t feed into the mess anymore. It’s actually funny how fast a sober mind will run a toxic soul right up out of your life.”
Haddish continued, “I really wonder what would happen if everybody stopped drinking for just six weeks. How many arguments wouldn’t happen? How many bad decisions wouldn’t get made? How many people wouldn’t end up in court? I can only speak for me, but giving up alcohol gave me clarity.”
According to Haddish, she “can see [her] dreams clearer than ever” after three years without drinking alcohol.
“Now I actually believe I’m going to make every damn one of them come true,” she concluded. “Any Questions?!?”
Haddish previously announced in May 2024 that she planned to stop drinking “any” alcohol.
“Never gonna do that again,” she stressed to Extra at the time. “It feels good to wake up and my elbows ain’t aching. My knees ain’t burning. The crooks of my ankles ain’t on fire, you know, there’s no inflammation. I want to be in a good place. I want to see me in a good place, too.”
