A husband and wife died in a crash on April 15, 2023
A woman has been charged after a couple died in a car crash over two years ago. Emergency services were called to a crash along the B1106 in Brandon, near the Cambridgeshire border, at around 5.40pm on April 15, 2023.
The crash involved a Nissan Note and Jeep Cherokee. Sadly, husband and wife Dilipan Sebastiampillai, aged 43, and Dorota Sebastiampillai, aged 41, died as a result of the crash.
Suffolk Police have now charged a woman in relation to the crash. Jasmine Dessaure, 36, of Linden Walk, Beck Row has been charged with two counts of causing death by careless driving.
She has been remanded in custody and will appear in Ipswich Magistrates Court today (Friday, December 19).
