IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Some people may see my video titles as click-bait. YouTubers optimise their video’s meta data for discovery due to how the algorithm is like. This isn’t anything new. Most people who’ve been watching YouTube for years would understand this. If you’re unhappy and get triggered by this, well, this channel isn’t for you then. I’ve provided free workout schedules and programs since day 1 and have always optimised my meta data as such so that’s not going to change.
Having said that, it doesn’t mean the workout do not work. You will still see results by following a suitable program schedule, watching your diet, being in a deficit or surplus (based on your goals), doing exercises in good form, etc. These are all equally important factors. You’re not going to get abs, grow a booty, grow biceps magically from 1 or 2 videos, in 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks cause everyone is different. I’ve explain multiple times throughout videos throughout my channel over years that it takes time and lots of factors, so don’t take a video title out of context. Targetting fat loss is not scientifically proven. Everyone is different and it takes time.
When doing any home workouts, do take precaution to exercise in a safe environment, and if you need help or you’re not seeing results, I suggest seeing a health and fitness professional to give you tailored advice on your exercise form and dietary needs. I am not a medical professional and what I share on my channel are my views and what has worked for myself. Your health and safety is the utmost importance so find out what works for you.

20 Minute Single Kettlebell Thrasher (FOLLOW ALONG)
00:00 20 Minute Full Body Single Kettlebell Trasher
All you need is a single kettlebell and 20 minutes to get a full body workout that’s going to have you torching calories and feeling worked! Have fun, push the pace but maintain quality reps. I also included mobility warm-ups and decompression cooldowns that are optional but if you have the time you should definitely do them. It will push your workout to 25-30 minutes long but you’ll feel a lot better if you invest the extra 5-10 minutes. Let’s get it!
Set the clock to 20 minutes and complete 50 reps of each movement back to back with minimal rest in between exercises. If you complete one whole round then continue into a second round and see how far you can get. Write your score down. Your score is the total number of reps you get done. For example, if you complete one round your score is 300. Let’s get it!
Mobility Warm Up (optional):

05:08 Backstroke and Front Stroke x 10 each direction

13:50 Decompression (optional): Perform 1 round of every exercise back to back using your breath to help release tension

heyy everyone, I'm 22 and my weight is 59kg and height 5'4. i wanted to shred my fat from thighs and belly and I've started this exercise. it's my first day today and I'm trying to avoid carbonates drinks and sugar as much as i can and on a calorie deficiet diet, plus along with green tea. my goal currently is 54kg which a flat belly and slim thighs, lmk if u want me to update you on this journey ✨️

Ben is a mess bc he drinks and is deppresive😢 so it must be hard to deal with him!😢

Ok here we go
Day 1 (1 july 2024) :day 1 in chloes workout only one vedio complete i am kinda lost my motivation but going to do this workout of day 1 till the day i get all of them done in one dayand lets keep updating my progress every day till my bithday i am not here to actually lose weight i just want to get a flat belly to wear the pretty black slit dress on my birthday sayonara
Day 2 (2 July. 2024) : got through 2 exercises the hit one and stomach and abs one (left it half way through😅) but improvement from yesterday I can do this tomorrow hopefully I will complete day one until then sayonara
Current weight 51.2 kg just checked yesterday
Day 3 : couldn't do the workout because I didn't wake up and in the evening I had an upset stomach sayonara
Day 4: got done exercise done not feeling that great but atleast got one done sayonara

What I'd like to say is thanks to Chloe for constantly reminding that low impact is okay, that we'll get stronger over time and stuff like that. I'm a cheerleader competing on the federative level and this still was challenging for me. After few tries i finally managed to end at least one challenge (i started five…).
I got big tits so it's inconvinient for me to jump in any top. Even using low impact and avoiding jumping I feel stronger (and look more fit) and, finally, got to the point where I really do enjoy training (ngl it was more that exhausting in the very beginning…)

Chloe (and team), thank you so much for everything that you have done for your audience this past year. 2020 was simply traumatic for most people in the world, including me – but your videos, streams, website, discord, and community has helped me to get through the last bit of it. I had lost my sense of control and stability, but gained that back through your challenges. Not only that, you've changed my life long-term and allowed for me to frame fitness as an obtainable lifestyle rather than an intangible idea. You’ve impacted millions of people this year alone, all for free, and we’ll always be grateful for that.
So much work had gone into this program (8 NEW videos!?!) and I am SO hyped to start 2021 off with #FlatStomachChallenge amongst our amazing community.
