    Hello! I finished your 3-2-8 challenge last Friday.😎 The 30 to 40 minute sessions were perfect and easy to keep up with everyday. Sometimes I struggle to workout and it's hard to keep up with but this was such a nice experience I looked forward to EVERY workout.

    I absolutely love your guidance by the way. Speaking through the exercise allows to me ignore internal thoughts and dialogue. There's no space for me to think or doubt. Through those two weeks listening to you made me feel empowered, motivated and fulfilled after every session.

    I’m doing this on week 3 of the beginner program. I’m starting to experience some lower back pain that doesn’t go away after the workouts. I haven’t really worked out my back so is it just that I’m out of shape? I went a little lighter today on anything back related. Trying to figure out if I should keep going or try to fix my posture in some way or what… this is the longest I’ve fully stuck to a schedule so I don’t want to break the habit. Thanks for all you do to provide these.

    You're right, strength training is so good for us! I am 48 and started lifting at 14 years old. Weights have been my constant companion through life changes, overwhelmingly stressful jobs and traveling the globe. The workouts have kept me grounded, fit, and able to run circles around my peers.     I know this is an older workout and I have done this one many times in the past…..but today I did the push-ups from my toes!! I've always had a mental block when it came to doing pushups from my toes….but I did it today! Thanks Lindsey!

    I'm addicted to doing all your strength workouts- it's hard to do anything else now!!! I try to do your new workouts but when I open YouTube it shows me other ones first that you have done even this from years ago so I naturally have to do those right away 🙂 I love how you showed the proper way to stretch at the end on the forward fold- I felt a difference.     I’ve been doing your postpartum workout plan and absolutely loving it! I did the 28 day postpartum ab challenge and was so motivated by actually seeing results that I had to do this next challenge! I’m nearly 10mn postpartum and am so happy I stumbled upon your channel! It’s been exactly what I needed to get back into working out! Im just finishing week 2 and I wanted to give up when the muscle soreness was getting to me but then when I remembered seeing one of your shorts about needing electrolytes I decided to try it and wow! It’s a game changer! Muscle soreness has truly decreased and I can keep pushing myself to get up and do another workout each day! Thank you for the help!!

Join me for this new LET`S GET SHREDDED SERIES, and let`s start working on specific muscles. This is an 8 min CHEST WORKOUT that features 12 variations of chest targeting exercises, all performed from a standing position. A short 8 minute workout will do wonders for targeting specific muscles.
As I promised, this channel is all about mixing and matching. You can use short workouts to strengthen your entire body, burn calories, work on mobility, balance, and improve your endurance.
The LET`S GET SHREDDED SERIES is here to help you work on building (toning) muscles. Feel free to mix and match and create your own muscle toning routine.
