Prince Harry barrister’s battle to block shock ‘fraud and professional misconduct’ claims about solicitors
PRINCE Harry’s barrister has objected to accusations of “fraud, dishonesty and professional misconduct” as the Duke is set to jet in for his latest case.
Top lawyer David Sherborne said the Daily Mail’s publishers were due to make “exceptionally serious” allegations when the hearing opens.

The brief objected to their skeleton argument being made public in the High Court unless the allegations in it about claimants’ legal representatives were deleted.
He was referring to allegations that solicitors tried to hide when two co-claimants first knew they had a claim — so they would not be barred from taking action because they brought the case too late.
Mr Justice Nicklin ruled that Associated Newspapers Limited must amend in part its written submissions.
The Duke of Sussex, 41, is due to fly from his Montecito mansion in California to London on Monday and give evidence on Thursday.

He is one of seven people, including Sir Elton John and Sadie Frost, seeking damages over claims journalists used private investigators to bug cars, “blag” information and access phone chats.
Meanwhile, Harry, who met with his father in September, will not do so on this trip as King Charles will be in Scotland.
