Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor was seen talking to dog walkers after they blocked the path of his car.
The disgraced royal was seen interacting with the pet owner while driving down the Long Walk on the Windsor estate.
Andrew, who is due to vacate the Royal Lodge, was spotted talking to the woman through the window of his car.
Another picture showed Andrew beaming behind the wheel of his black Range Rover.
It was a rare sighting of the former Duke of York, who has been scarcely seen since being stripped of his royal titles by the King last year.
