Senegal vs Morocco team news

Senegal had made it to the AFCON semi-finals with an impressive injury record, but picked up one absentee and two suspensions against Egypt.

Two of those are down to captain Kalidou Koulibaly, who was suspended for the final after being booked early on and was subsequently withdrawn with what appeared to be a groin injury.

The other was down to Habib Diarra, suspended after being booked for dissent.

Pape Thiaw may be inspired to pull in fresh legs after his side appeared lethargic and devoid of inspiration in the semi-finals. Nicolas Jackson in particular will be under pressure after he struggled to upset the Pharaohs backline.

There were no injury worries for the Atlas Lions against Nigeria, nor did they pick up any bookings that could see any key players suspended.
