Yogurt and honey torte with roasted grapes recipe

I’m not a fan of cheesecakes made with cream cheese so I tried to create something less rich, with a touch of sourness. If serving immediately, you can put the grapes on top – the colours look spectacular – but the juices sink into the torte, making it a bit messy. You can, instead, serve the sprigs alongside.

Requires cooling time and overnight chilling
