RHOBH Alum Annemarie’s Husband Marcellus Wiley Accused of Rape as Victims Speak Out in New Lawsuits!
Marcellus Wiley, former NFL player and husband of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum Annemarie Wiley, is facing serious allegations as two women have accused him of sexual assault during his time at Columbia University in 1994.
According to lawsuits filed last week, the women claim they were raped separately in Wiley’s college dorm when they were all students at Columbia, where he played football as a running back and defensive end.
The first accuser alleges Marcellus pressured her into sex, ignored her repeated refusals, and overpowered her while blasting his radio and yelling at her. She claims she reported the incident to a university administrator but was discouraged from filing charges, allegedly being told she “would be known as the girl who destroyed a Black man’s NFL dream.”
The second accuser, whose alleged assault happened just weeks later, has also filed a lawsuit seeking unspecified damages.
These lawsuits come months after Marcellus was first accused of rape in November 2023 by a woman who claimed she was a virgin at the time of the alleged encounter. Marcellus, 50, denied the allegations in a YouTube video, calling them “BS.”
Wiley, who went on to play 10 seasons in the NFL with teams including the Buffalo Bills and San Diego Chargers, has not yet responded publicly to the latest accusations.
Wiley has been critical of the NFL and sports media, often challenging narratives about social justice in sports He has been vocal about race, politics, and social justice, sometimes sparking controversy with his opinions on issues like Colin Kaepernick’s protest.
He clashed with ESPN and FS1 executives over what he saw as media bias and censorship.
His wife, Annemarie, exited Real Housewives of Beverly Hills in March after just one season. Marcellus has been vocal about his dissatisfaction with The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills following his wife’s departure from the show.
He criticized the production and expressed frustration over Annemarie’s experience, labeling it a “waste of my damn time.”
