Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Joy’s Decision and Theresa’s Departure
On Wednesday, March 19th, Joy Wesley (AlexAnn Hopkins) tells Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) that she has made a decision. Now, this could be something about work, that she’s going to just stay out of his way and stick with the job since that’s what Philip Kiriakis (John-Paul Lavoisier) encouraged her to do. Or maybe she is second-guessing keeping this pregnancy hidden. I expect she’s going to keep it hidden. We’ll see. I think this is a spoiler to get us excited, but it’s not going to be what we hope.
Shane Donovan (Charles Shaughnessy), meanwhile, drops some upsetting news on his daughter Theresa Donovan (Emily O’Brien). She’s out of Statesville prison. She’s safe. So what is it? What is this bad news? And it looks like it could actually send her out of town because on Wednesday we have Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) and Tate Black (currently Leo Howard) having a serious talk at the Blake house.
And maybe it’s about what’s going on with John Black (Drake Hogestyn) and Marina or all the stuff Tate’s dealing with. At any rate, Theresa shows up looking kind of angsty, kind of sad. And whatever her dad Shane said could send her out of town already because she and Tate share a sad-looking hug. So we’ll see if Theresa is bailing already. We knew she wasn’t going to stick around too long.
Xander’s Eavesdropping and Sarah’s Secret: Days of Our Lives Drama Unfolds
Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) eavesdrops on Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) and Philip Kiriakis (John-Paul Lavoisier) as they continue talking in the town square. This started on Tuesday. And he overheard them saying, “Don’t tell Alex.” But will he overhear exactly what they’re not going to tell Alex about? He may assume that Philip and Stephanie are doing something more personal, more intimate behind Alex’s back.
Meanwhile, Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) is worried but she kind of makes light of it to Maggie Horton Kiriakis (Suzanne Rogers). So I wonder if Xander comes home and tells her that Philip and Stephanie are keeping something secret from Alex because Sarah knows exactly what that secret is, because she is sitting on it too.
DOOL Spoilers: EJ’s Fury, Gabby’s Annoyance, and Jada’s Theory – Salem’s Tangled Web
Thursday, March 20th, we’ve got EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) going absolutely berserk on Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow) over at the pub. He is enraged that she told Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) that he raped Sami Brady (Alison Sweeney). And I think EJ is mostly upset that Johnny has taken this on himself and sees himself as a product of rape and that it’s hitting Johnny very hard, like he shouldn’t even exist. I think it’s more about that than EJ being upset that Kate did something to hurt EJ. I think it’s more about Johnny. And he promises Kate she is going to pay for doing this. So, I do expect Roman Brady (Josh Taylor) to alert Sami soon on what went down. And that’s going to bring her to town next month.
Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering), meanwhile, tries to comfort Johnny once he hears that he’s found out what his dad did with Sami. Just the whole messy Arnold thing. And then it’s tipped over into all this. Poor Johnny. Meanwhile, Gabi Hernandez (currently Cherie Jimenez) is a little annoyed that Javi Hernandez (Al Calderon) has moved Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) into the Hernandez house and makes her displeasure very vocal, very clear. So it should be fun watching Gabi and Leo snipe at each other. And Jada Hunter (Elia Cantu) has a theory about EJ. And she shares it with Paulina Price (Jackee Harry) on Thursday.
Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Tate’s Comfort, Rachel’s Argument, and Rafe’s Future
Then on Friday, March 21st, we’ve got Tate getting some comfort from Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis). And it might be because his mom Theresa has just left town abruptly. Rachel Blake (Roslyn Gentle) is arguing with EJ as the week ends. And I wonder if he’s going to finally lose it and just inject her with that amnesia serum. Jada wants Rachel to testify against EJ. So if Rachel threatens to do that, I could totally see EJ injecting her. Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) would be a little upset if EJ did that. But Kristen also knows that her mom Rachel is a big problem for all of them.
Meanwhile, Rafe wants to get back on track with his and Jada’s future after everything is messed up. And of course, she is still sitting on that guilt about sleeping with Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer) and hasn’t come clean about it.
Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes) rants at DA Melinda Trask (Tina Huang) when she sees her in this stolen Horton necklace, just having a casual dinner and drinks at the Bistro with Kristen and JJ Deveraux (not specified), and Doug Williams (Bill Hayes) is with Julie. And I wonder if Melinda will admit that she bought it from a fence, but as far as she’s concerned, she bought it and it’s hers. And I wonder if Kristen will defend Melinda going into the week of March 24th through the 28th.
Days of Our Lives Predictions: Amnesia, Returns, and Gun Violence
I am wondering if EJ is finally going to get the better of Rachel Blake and steal her memories too. Their scenes from Friday should carry over into the next week. And if EJ does give her the amnesia serum, I think it’s a great time for Kristen to put her mom in a nice little, you know, all expenses paid vacation in a padded room in Bayview Sanitarium because Rachel Blake is a loose cannon. And she is putting Kristen, EJ, and little Rachel at risk.
Sami’s on her way back to Salem pretty soon. She will be there to comfort her distraught son Johnny. And I wonder if Sami is going to reiterate what EJ said, that they put this behind them. Not that she forgives it, not that she doesn’t think what EJ did was wrong, but they did move past it. They were married after that. However, I doubt Johnny will accept anything less than cutting his dad out of his life.
And by the way, there are several guns on the loose in Salem right now. We keep seeing more guns as we’re leading up to EJ’s shooting coming soon. Melinda just gave a pistol to Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun), who of course has a grudge against EJ for not letting her go when he found her at Blake house. Johnny gets one out of the safe soon to threaten his dad. Plus, Kristen just confiscated a pistol from her mom, Rachel Blake. And Gabi has a gun and a grudge against EJ as well. So this “whodunnit” is definitely being laid out little by little for us as we see all the red flags, all the threats. And now all these guns.
Days Spoilers: Belle’s Fixation, Doug’s Guilt, and Marina’s Search
Belle Black (Martha Madison) has a fixation on EJ, but she’s determined not to let him derail her life personally or professionally. But once EJ is shot, I wonder if Belle will soften her stance on him because she is kind of crazy about him and vice versa.
This Melinda thing may finally force a confession out of Doug Williams to tell Julie that he’s the one who took the necklace. And this whole mess is his responsibility on Days of Our Lives. But Tate may snap and blab despite telling Holly he wouldn’t. But I’m hoping that Doug comes clean to Julie before Tate says anything.
Meanwhile, Joy Wesley (AlexAnn Hopkins) has got to figure out what to do about her pregnancy before that baby bump starts showing now that she lied to Stephanie and Alex. So maybe Philip will have some advice to help her out of this jam. Marina (not specified) and Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) go from their meeting with Shane in DC back to Salem.
But I wonder how long it’s going to be until they take off for Estonia to look for John in the place he was last seen. And if they do, of course, that’s going to worry Kayla Brady (Mary Beth Evans), Belle. And everybody that loves them. But everybody also wants answers about what happened to John Black.
