Bravo announced in March 2026 that “The Real Housewives of New Jersey“ would soon enter production with Teresa Giudice, Melissa Gorga, and Dolores Catania set to return. Now, Catania, who will also be featured on the upcoming “Real Housewives of Rhode Island,” is opening up about RHONJ’s lengthy pause and giving an update about her eventual wedding to Paul “Paulie” Connell.

Dolores Catania Was Ready For ‘RHONJ’ To Return

Catania was interviewed by US Weekly in March 2026, before the confirmation that she would be on “RHONJ” season 15. She said, “After a while of being off, you look around, and you’re like, ‘wow, Salt Lake City has gained such headway.’”

The “Real Housewives of Rhode Island” “friend of” continued, “We were a number one show. We had amazing feuds, and it was so good. You know, you look around, and you’re like, all these shows are… Life’s going on without us is what I wanna say.”

The “RHONJ” star then said, “I want to get back into the game as soon as possible.”

The ‘RHORI’ ‘Friend Of’ Also Gave An Update On Her Wedding

Elsewhere in the interview, Catania was asked for an update on her wedding to Connell. Notably, they became engaged in November 2025 after beginning their relationship in 2021. She said of when it will happen, “The kids have to get married first. I couldn’t imagine getting married the same year my kids get married.”

Notably, her daughter Gabrielle Catania became engaged in March 2026. Catania continued, “Me and Paul often talk about celebrating a New Year’s wedding. Like him and I just having one big party. Nothing formal but a big, huge party somewhere in New York.”

Catania went on to say she’s “made so many friends through this life,” so she would like to invite several, including people from Bravo, to the party.

Fans Are Reacting To Catania’s Comments And ‘RHONJ’ Returning

“Real Housewives of New Jersey” fans have been waiting for casting news since 2024. Because of this, there is great excitement over the show. However, not everyone is pleased with the returners. One person said on Instagram, “If there’s a wedding, it will just be for ratings. I’m over RHONJ. Too much bitter aftertaste from the last few seasons. Bringing back Theresa is the final straw.”

Someone else said, “I’m not even trying to be funny, but Dolores getting married on TV is really not a big deal. I’m sorry, she’s really not that interesting. It could be shown on ‘New Jersey,’ but it wouldn’t bring in ratings for a special to watch.”

Regarding the show in general, one fan wrote, “Still confused about why you guys put them on pause if you’re planning on still keeping Teresa and Melissa.” Someone else said, “Thank you!!!!!!!!!,” about the cast. Finally, a different social media user said, “Bravo made the right call.”

The ‘RHONJ’ Star’s Daughter Recently Got Engaged

Catania has two children, Gabrielle and Frankie Catania, with the former recently getting engaged to boyfriend Mike Tallia while on a ski trip to the Alps. According to PEOPLE, the 31-year-old proposed to her with a 5.03-carat, oval-cut diamond ring. She told the outlet she had “zero clue” he planned to propose.

Catania also spoke to the outlet about the engagement. She said, “When your children are little, you think about so many things for their future. I never imagined both of my kids would be engaged at the same time.”

The “RHONJ” icon continued, “Family is everything to me, and I am happy they have found their forever.” The proud mom also commented on their social media engagement photos, saying, “Congratulations Gabby and Mike we are so happy for u god bless and love u always.”

The ‘Housewives’ Legend Was ‘Mama Bear’ To The ‘RHORI’ Cast

Bravo is set to premiere “The Real Housewives of Rhode Island” on April 2 before the show moves to Sunday nights on the network. Recently, ahead of the show, some of the cast shared kind words about Catania.

According to US Weekly, “RHORI” star Jo-Ellen Tiberi said, “I think Dolores [is] like a mama bear. Truthfully, anything that we needed — even even to this day — she will help. She was just so kind and smart and caring. So it really was nice. It was a little cheat sheet to help us along the way.”

Rulla Pontarelli said of Catania, “When Dolores and I first met, we completely hit it off. We saw eye to eye. I felt her genuine vibe. I love Dolores. I really do. I feel as though she’s brought a lot to the table. She’s been very candid. She’s been very genuine, speaking from experience.”

Catania’s connection to the show is through cast member Liz McGraw. She said of joining, “Liz has been asking me for a few years to come to Rhode Island. My heart is [in New Jersey], but you can find me every summer in Rhode Island for the rest of my life.”

After plenty of buzz about the Sanderson Sisters being resurrected for a third time, there’s a chance Disney may be keeping the brooms in the closet. It’s been three years since Hocus Pocus 3 began brewing at the Mouse House following the success of the first witchy sequel, and since then, nothing has materialized despite Bette Midler‘s reports of a script being ready and other varying updates about the film. Not only is Bailey gone, with David Greenbaum taking his place, but so is CEO Bob Iger, who officially passed the torch to Josh D’Amaro last week. For the original Hocus Pocus cast, it leaves the future even more uncertain than ever.

At MegaCon Orlando recently, Collider’s Maggie Lovitt moderated a panel featuring Omri Katz, Vinessa Shaw, Jason Marsden, and Thora Birch, where the subject of Hocus Pocus 3 inevitably bubbled to the surface. While Midler’s comments last year suggested some movement towards making the threequel happen, Katz hasn’t heard anything of note. “Your first question about Hocus Pocus 3, as far as I know, there is a development deal, and that’s all I think we know,” he responded. Marsden further clarified that, “No one has contacted us.” None of the four reprised their roles in Anne Fletcher‘s Hocus Pocus 2, but they’ve been vocal about wanting to return as Max, Allison, Dani, and Binx in the third movie, if they get the call.

Disney may have given the film a green light, with Jen D’Angelo returning as writer, but with so much time between the announcement and a new CEO at the helm, Marsden openly wondered if it was still in the cards. It wouldn’t necessarily be unexpected if a new boss meant a new content strategy, though D’Amaro hasn’t given many indications yet about where he wants to go with the company’s film slate. Right now, all they can do is wait and see what’s to come next within the bounds of Salem, Massachusetts. He explained:

“But yeah, it was announced that it was greenlit. We have not been contacted, and then you all know this new CEO with Disney, which means things are going to change even more. We don’t know the life of this. If they do it, and they invite us, absolutely. I think we’d all like to do it again, totally.”

What Happened in ‘Hocus Pocus 2’?

When viewers last saw the Sanderson sisters, played by Midler, Sarah Jessica Parker, and Kathy Najimy, they had returned to modern-day Salem once again with another Black Flame Candle, lit this time by best friends Becca (Whitney Peak) and Izzy (Belissa Escobedo). Like Max, Dani, and Allison before them, they raced to stop the diabolical trio of witches from wreaking havoc on Halloween yet again and getting revenge on the town’s mayor, though, unlike the original trio, they didn’t have an immortal black cat named Binx to help. It wasn’t exactly like its predecessor, though, adding some fresh blood in the form of the Mother Witch, played by Hannah Waddingham, and the magic shop owner Gilbert (Sam Richardson), all while exploring more of the Sandersons’ backstory and bringing back Billy Butcherson (Doug Jones) from the grave. A small tease of the Mother Witch and a post-credits scene showing a second Black Flame Candle seemed to hint at more to come after the trio was reunited and banished once more, though that is now squarely in Disney’s hands.

Grey’s Anatomy appeared to hint at how Dr. Owen Hunt will be written off the show shortly after news broke about Kevin McKidd and Kim Raver‘s exits.

During the Thursday, March 26, episode of the medical drama, Owen (McKidd) and Teddy (Raver) visited Cascade Hill to help a smaller hospital with fewer resources. The visit revealed to Teddy that Owen got a job offer at Cascade that he was considering.

By the end of their trip, Owen reassured Teddy that he wasn’t leaving Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital. Viewers, however, know that McKidd, 53, will be wrapping up his arc as Owen by the time season 22 comes to an end.

“Grey’s Anatomy has been a huge chapter of my life, creatively and personally, and I’m deeply grateful for everything the show has given me over the years,” McKidd said in a statement on Wednesday, March 25. “Playing Dr. Owen Hunt and directing on the show have both shaped me enormously, and I’ve had the privilege of working with an extraordinary group of people throughout that time. I’m particularly thankful to Shonda Rhimes for creating Owen, and for the encouragement she gave me as I stepped into directing.”

Raver, 57, also broke her silence on the news while confirming her own departure.

“Playing Dr. Teddy Altman will always hold a dear and special place in my heart. Sixteen years ago, I had the incredible privilege of stepping into this role thanks to the vision of Shonda Rhimes and Betsy Beers,” she wrote in her own statement. “Since that day, it has been a true gift to bring the iconic words of Shonda and our brilliant team of writers to life. … To the fans — your unwavering devotion and support are the reason this show remains such a force. Thank you for making this set my place of magic and my home.”

Creator Shonda Rhimes, meanwhile, hinted how the season will wrap up for Teddy (Raver) and Owen (McKidd).

“Over the years, we have had the privilege of watching Owen and Teddy’s love story evolve and deepen — two characters who always seem to find their way back to each other. It is both bittersweet and joyful to give this couple the happy ending their story deserves,” she teased in a statement. “Kevin and Kim bring extraordinary talent, nuance and heart to their roles as Owen and Teddy. Their contributions leave an indelible mark on Grey’s Anatomy, both in front of and behind the camera. I’m so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with them both and to see them shine.”

Deadline reported that McKidd and Raver were informed more than a month ago that they would be leaving Grey’s. Their last episode will be the season 22 finale, which just wrapped production and is set to air May 7.

The Duggar family is viewing the arrests of Joseph Duggar and his wife, Kendra Duggar, through a very different lens.

Duggar Relatives Feel Joseph And Kendra’s Arrest Is ‘Persecution’ For ‘Following Christ’

According to the insider, certain members believe the arrests are rooted in hostility toward their Christian beliefs. “Some of the family feels like this is straight-up persecution,” the source close to the brood told The Daily Mail. “It’s an attack from people who want to see them struggle.”

While the source said some relatives understand why Joseph was taken into custody, they remain puzzled as to why Kendra suffered the same fate.

 “That feels like a step further,” the insider added before noting that their patriarch Jim Bob Duggar had long warned that being devout Christians could bring opposition.

“He’s always said the world would be hostile to them. That following Christ means the enemy will try to attack,” they said. “That’s how this feels to some – like a witch hunt.”

How Jinger, Jill, Jessa, and Their Husbands Responded To The Incident 

While some relatives have framed the situation as persecution, others within the family have taken a different stance.

Jinger Duggar and her husband, Jeremy Vuolo, addressed the incident on their podcast, describing it as emotionally overwhelming and deeply upsetting.

According to The Blast, Jinger noted that the scandal resurfaced painful memories tied to her older brother, Josh Duggar. The couple also expressed concern for the alleged victim, emphasizing that they are praying for everyone affected.

Meanwhile, sisters Jill Duggar and Jessa Duggar, who were reportedly victims in Josh’s past case, condemned Joseph’s alleged actions. Jessa, in a now-deleted post, added that it was  “deeply grievous to God.”

Another family member who made it known she was not on Josh’s side was Amy Duggar. Amy expressed that she was “sickened” by the news and commended the victim for speaking up. She added that she would continue to stand for children no matter what. 

“For years, I have spoken out about the importance of truth, accountability, and protecting children, even when it meant going against my own family,” Amy wrote in her statement, per The Blast. 

While condemning the behavior, she disclosed that she was not “surprised that another predator” has emerged from within their system, seemingly referring to Josh. 

Josh Duggar Broke His Silence On The Allegations Against His Brother

On the other hand, Josh, who is currently serving a prison sentence, has defended his brother in a statement through his attorney. 

Per The Blast, Josh believes the situation has been misrepresented, drawing from his own legal experience and the stigma that comes with being accused.

“He understands how the targeting of a person for publicity can twist the truth into sensationalized fiction,” the attorney said. The inmate also expressed concern for Joseph and prayed for his well-being as he navigates the situation.

As reactions continue to surface, new details are adding further weight to the case against Joseph, with the minor’s account now at the center of the investigation.

As The Blast reported, in an affidavit deposed by the victim, now 14, she alleged that the inappropriate behavior began when she was 9 years old during a family trip to Panama City Beach.

She recalled being asked to sit on his lap, with the situation allegedly escalating over time to inappropriate contact, including unwanted touching of her thighs under a blanket.

Following a forensic interview, investigators moved to gather additional evidence and arranged a call involving the former reality TV star. 

Authorities claim he admitted to inappropriate contact during that conversation and acknowledged that his intentions were not pure, which was fundamental in obtaining a warrant for his arrest.

That’s when Camila trusted her instincts. “I was like, hold on a second,” she recalled, explaining how she ran across the distillery to grab a piece of roasted piña, the heart of the agave plant, to taste. “I ran back to the Master [Distiller] and said, ‘I think it needs this’.”

Just two iterations later, they finally landed on the flavor they had been chasing.

Tequila Skincare Heads To Luxury Resorts Nationwide

The tequila-infused scrub isn’t just staying on shelves, because it’s heading straight to luxury destinations. The Glowrita will be available online and featured in hotels and resorts across the country, where guests can even pair the experience with Pantalones cocktails on the menu.

Beyond the glow, the collaboration also comes with a meaningful impact. As with all FarmHouse Fresh products, a portion of every purchase, between 10% and 15%, supports the brand’s nonprofit farm animal sanctuary in McKinney, Texas.
