Since the season of Spring 2017, Marta Ortega Pérez has made the brilliant upon brilliant decision to enlist Steven Meisel as a campaign photographer for Zara Studio. Season after season, campaign after campaign, the partnership between the Spanish high street retailer and the masterful American lensman has proved to be a total match made in fashion heaven. In 2023, Zara and Steven Meisel even teamed up for an exclusive collaboration – and the accompanying campaign featured the absolute who’s who of the modeling world.
Marta welcomes Meisel back for the Zara Studio Spring 2025 campaign offering, which features a whole host of fresh and new faces. The casting this season comprises of Ana Elisa Brito, Anna Robinson, Ava Shipp, Betsy Gaghan, Caitlin Soetendal, Dana Smith, Edna Karibwami, Eli Langer, Ella Dalton, Libby Bennett, Mina Stankovic, Nanne Groenewegen, Noor Khan, Sam Davis, Sanique Dill, Scarlett White, Signe Michaelsson, Song Ah Woo, and Yura Romaniuk who each pose against a stark white studio backdrop throughout the portrait campaign imagery.

Yet not everyone was so forthcoming this season. “Boring and lazy. Meisel has copied Richard Avedon’s American West many times before and with much better results. This looks like a no-budget job,” critiqued forum member Avonlea.
