LIVELY HIIT WORKOUT | 30 Min Full Body - No Equipment at Home



Here we go… 30 min Full Body HIIT Workout at Home!!!…. It is that time of the week after all where we make sure our shoes are tied in a double knot… we have turned off the heating… and mentally prepared ourselves for a super intense session knowing that when we finish, we realise we enjoyed every single minute of it!!đŸ€©

Today’s HIIT is 40 seconds of work, 20 seconds rest. No repeat!! I know many of you love the no repeat so this is a treat!!

Ensure you have a bottle of water ready, you will also need a mat.

Below are the exercises we will work through…. just want to mention if find your don’t need the full 20 seconds rest, you need to work harder!đŸ˜‰đŸ‘ŒđŸŒ

    Did this workout with two of my friends today and had so much fun!!! None of us is in shape so we were all struggling but continued to cheering each others up and pushing thru it! I always did Caroline's workout alone at home and this was the first time I was doing it with someone else in a shared place and it definitely felt so great (and so proud too, haha)!!!     i never thought there are different variations of jumping until i found your workout.. lunge is already hard for me but you've added jumping now i cant feel my legs anymore. thank you for this workout this is my first time doing your workout that is not low impact I've enjoyed it so much what linda sun said is really true..you're workout really feels like just minutes.

My legs were burning and near non-functional following those back to back burpees with the extra jumps. All the jumps were pure đŸ”„ during this workout. I feel ready for tomorrow!     I'm currently doing the IRON series and chose this workout to rest between days 7 and 8. I've just finished it, so I'm all sweaty and still a little bit out of breath but super surprised with how well I performed. I had to catch my breath a couple of times but was able to recover very easily, even with all those jumps and push-ups. It felt amazing to get to the end of this workout and say "Yes! I did this!". I owe this awesome feeling to you, Caroline. So, once again, thak you! đŸ™đŸ”„đŸ’ȘđŸŠ”
