Saturday’s (March 22) episode saw a number of interesting acts, including an Italian dance troupe that made use of ping pong balls and an incredible vocalist singing a Freddie Mercury classic.
However, some acts, including a dancing duo dressed in gold and white jumpsuits, were shown the red buzzer by Simon Cowell and mocked by viewers.
One user on X, formerly Twitter, said: “This show needs to be renamed Britain’s got zero talent now.. My god it’s absolutely terrible…”

Simon Cowell shares moment he ‘nearly died’ on BGT
This comes after Simon Cowell revealed that he “nearly died” on the programme during a dangerous stunt a couple of weeks ago.
Talking with The Mirror, Britain’s Got Talent judge Simon Cowell said: “I genuinely thought my days were numbered.
“The producers on this show just love my pain! There was one point, and I’m not lying, I genuinely thought, ‘That’s it. It’s over’.
“A guy nearly smashed my head in with a sledgehammer. He was slipping all over the place and sweating so much.”
“That’s what freaked me out because when I got up close, I thought, ‘My god, his adrenaline’s on such a high, I shouldn’t be doing this’.”
The 65-year-old ITV star went on to add that his co-judges were not happy about the stunt either.
