Officers believe that the man, who police have pictured in the image attached to this article, can help them with their investigation.
The incident took place at around 6am on Thursday, April 10 in Mornington Road in Heaton and saw the bank cards stolen from a vehicle on the street.
They were used later at a supermarket and a petrol station.
A spokesperson for Bolton police said: “We would like to speak to this man as we believe he can help with an investigation following theft of a bank cards from a vehicle on Mornington Road, Bolton, at around 6am on April 10.

“The cards were later used at a supermarket and petrol station.
“Any info? Email 16675@gmp.police.uk quoting log 2604 of April 10, 2025.”
