A new series of Gogglebox began back in February, with the Channel 4 show now into its 25th season.
It was back again on Friday night with “Britain’s sharpest armchair critics” watching the likes of Netflix series Adolescence, Tribe with Bruce Parry, Million Dollar Secret and ITV News.

Fans reveal their Gogglebox favourites
During Friday’s episode fans took to social media to reveal who their favourites were on Gogglebox.
Durham pair Abbie Lynn and Georgia Bell, who joined the Channel 4 show back in 2018, were said to be among the best on Gogglebox.
One person, posting on X (formerly Twitter), commented: “I love these 2 on @C4Gogglebox #gogglebox @Channel4 they just make me laugh so much.

While another viewer wrote: “Love these two they are so amusing.”
Another fan said siblings Simon and Jane Minty, who joined in 2021, were their favourites.
They said: “Shout out for Jane and Simon. Absolutely L-O-V-E them #Gogglebox.”
Others revealed who their least favourites on the show were, with one viewer calling for Giles and Mary to be scrapped.
