The Click, Reserve & Collect service will be available through the Lidl Plus app, which will allow customers to reserve a Middle of Lidl product up to two weeks in advance of it arriving in stores.
In a statement, the supermarket said: “Launching on Monday 7th April, the discounter’s Parkside Robot Lawnmower will be available for shoppers to reserve via Lidl Plus ahead of the item landing in stores on 24th April.
“Users of the app will be able to select their preferred store for collection between 16th and 19th April.”
It continues: “This latest trial builds on the innovation and success of Lidl Plus since it launched in 2020.
“The rewards app now has over 100 million users globally – a testament to the value and benefits it offers customers.”
When can customers use the Lidl click and collect service?

On the Click, Reserve & Collect trial, Jassine Ouali, Chief Customer Officer from Lidl GB, said: “We’re always exploring bold new ways to enhance our customers’ shopping experience and are pleased to be in a position where we can bring this latest trial to life.
“We know how popular our Middle of Lidl deals are, and this trial will give our Lidl Plus customers the chance to secure a must-have item before it hits the shelves. We can’t wait to see how our customers respond.”
