Ashley Darbyshire, 28, abused the girls around the Blackrod and Adlington areas between 2016 and 2018.
More than five years on a gang of other men have already been convicted with Darbyshire now brought before Liverpool Crown Court to plead guilty to 19 charges.
Judge Simon Medland KC said: “A substantial custodial sentence is inevitable in your case and during the first trial I heard a great deal about your conduct and how it led to other offending on your part.”
Dressed in a black jumper, with a shirt and tie, Darbyshire, of Westhoughton, spoke only to confirm his identity, to enter his pleas and confirm he understood the proceedings.
The case was heard at Liverpool Crown Court (Image: Newsquest) He admitted to two rapes and 10 counts of sexual activity with a child against one of his underaged victims.
Darbyshire confessed to another rape and count of inciting a child to sexual activity against another of the girls.
He pleaded guilty to a single count of inciting a child to sexual activity against a third girl.
Darbyshire confessed to another count of inciting a child to sexual activity with two counts of sexual activity with a child against a fourth girl.
Finally, he pleaded guilty to making indecent images of a child in respect of a fifth girl.

In February, eight men, who Mr Lawrence said had “groomed” and abused a girl in the Blackrod area, were convicted of a wide range of crimes after a trial lasting around three months.
Mr Lawrence told the jury that the men, part of a “malign friendship group” had abused the “young, naive and impressionable” girl at a “party house” in Blackrod.
Damian Nolan, defending, agreed that Darbyshire will be brought back to be sentenced alongside the other men.

Jack Martyn Poulson, 31, of Bolton, was found guilty of two rapes, five of sexual activity with a child, one causing a person to engage in sexual activity.
He was also convicted of one count of inciting a child to engage in sexual activity and sexual communications with a child.
Richard Oliver Haslam, 35, of Bolton, was convicted of three rape offences, two of sexual activity and one of causing a child to engage in sexual activity.
Daniel Flatters, 34, of Bolton, was guilty of four offences of sexual activity and Brandon Jacob Harwood, 25, also of Bolton, of attempted rape and sexual activity.

Elliott Turner, 26, was convicted of two sexual activity counts and James Lee Fitzgerald, 36, both of Bolton, was convicted of one offence of assault by penetration.
Harvie Aspden, 25, of Radcliffe, was found guilty of two counts of sexual activity with a child.
The eight men, who were cleared of some other similar charges they faced, were all remanded in custody.
Darbyshire, who had pleaded guilty, was bailed with strict curfew conditions between 6pm and 6am ahead of a further sentencing hearing.
The men are expected to be brought back before Liverpool Crown Court to be sentenced over Monday April 28 and Tuesday April 29.
