The Wrestler actor Rourke was previously given a warning by Big Brother for “homophobic” comments towards pop singer JoJo Siwa.
Big Brother gave Mickey a warning for unacceptable language and behaviour towards a fellow housemate which viewers saw during Wednesday’s episode of Celebrity Big Brother.
Since the warning, there have been further instances where Mickey has used inappropriate language, ITV said.
Mickey Rourke ‘agreed to leave’ Celebrity Big Brother
The broadcaster said that today, Mickey’s behaviour and language towards Chris Hughes during a disagreement in a task was considered to be threatening and aggressive.
No physical altercation took place but Mickey “has agreed to leave” the ITV show.
A spokesperson for Celebrity Big Brother said: “Mickey Rourke has agreed to leave the Celebrity Big Brother House this evening following a discussion with Big Brother regarding further use of inappropriate language and instances of unacceptable behaviour.”
In the first vote for eviction, Mickey received the second most amount of votes (seven) behind soap star Jack P Shepherd, 37, who received eight votes from other contestants.
The votes for Rourke came after he apologised to Siwa for making comments about her sexuality, telling housemates that he would “vote the lesbian out real quick”.

When he was first warned in the diary room, Big Brother told the actor: “Mickey, before you entered the Big Brother house, the rules regarding unacceptable language and behaviour were explained to you.”
After reading back the conversation he had with Siwa, Big Brother continued: “Mickey, do you understand how this language could be offensive to your housemates or the viewing public?”
Rourke replied: “Yeah I think so. If I was saying it in a nasty kind of way or if I truly meant it.”
