An electronic payments giant has signed a lease to move into a redeveloped office building on the Southbank.
Paypal has agreed a lease for 40,000sqft on the top floor of 76 Southbank, a newly revamped building next to the National Theatre.
The redevelopment and extension of the Grade II-listed building, has been delivered by property development company Stanhope in partnership with contractor Multiplex.
Works will provide another 300,000 sqft of office space along with outdoor terraces.
Around 80 per cent of the building, which was the last project of renowned brutalist architect Sir Denys Lasdun, was preserved in the AHMM-led redesign.
