A sneaky content creator has revealed a hack that left her bathroom glittering in the worst way possible.
A creator named Chrissy said she sprinkles glitter in obscure places before her husband starts cleaning. It’s her way of seeing whether or not he does a thorough job.
The wife’s trick was posted to TikTok and racked up more than 37 million views, including plenty of controversy.
“I cleaned the rest of the house this morning, I just needed a break for an hour,” Chrissy said in the clip, per the New York Post.
She said her husband promised her he would scrub the bathroom if she took their kids to the park.
Before leaving, however, she said she sprinkled magenta glitter under the toilet seat, bath mat and soap dispenser on the sink counter to see if her hubby would be accountable.

“He often says he has done something when I’m sure he hasn’t,” she said. “Let’s see if he actually does it.”
Some TikTok viewers said the bathroom already looked clean and didn’t require scrubbing, while others questioned the couples’ “trust issues” and “red flags” based on the clip.
A few days later, Chrissy posted a follow-up video to address the cleaning issue and reveal whether her husband had completed the task or not.
The glitter was where she had left it.

“What did you think was going to happen?” she said in the caption of the clip, adding that she’ll just clean it herself.
While the wife laughed it off, viewers called for a “divorce.”
“This isn’t funny and cute girl, he actively is not making an effort to have a equal house…im sad for you girl. Please have a convo with him,” one commenter said.
“So you have another kid in the house! congratulations mama,” another said.
“Divorce babe divorce,” one other commenter said.
