Heathrow Airport is closed all day, because of a fire at an electricity substation nearby which caused a power cut.
The airport has warned there will be significant disruption over the next few days, and said people should not to travel there “under any circumstances”.
A flight tracking website says more than a thousand flights will be cancelled today, and many people have been diverted to different destinations.
