Crypto Clarity Act vote likely THIS WEEKEND.

Lummis basically just said the Senate isn’t leaving for recess without crypto clarity act vote. After 11 months of negotiating and 300+ pages of Democrat requests…it’s time to get people on the record for crypto clarity.

But the issue is that language again… “On the record.”

60 votes needed and roughly 7 Democrats short on the ethics language. So this looks like a pressure vote, not a passage vote.

And every senator voting knows crypto is sitting on the largest industry war chest ever carried into a midterm. A no vote this weekend is not helpful for them going into November.

If it fails: recess until September 11. Then one more short window before midterms!
