  35. Both guys have different body fat percentages. The 2nd guy is shredded, hence his chest muscles looks more defined. 1st guy has decent muscle on his chest but his body fat is higher.

    Ofcourse few of those things he said are useful but not mandatory to follow. Perhaps a cheap skit to attract audience. Train more, take good balanced diet. That's all you need to do.
